Chinatsu san got confused.

Chikako: "Are you talking about Kenbunshoku no Haki?"

"Yes"

Chinatsu: "What is Kenbunshoku no Haki?"

Chikako: "Its technique Ikki has devised or found in which you read intent from attack. And dodge it."

Chinatsu san got shocked founding about this technique.

Chinatsu: "I see. Getting intent from attack is good way to counter animals. As they can't hide their intent, instead they show their intent without any restriction. So Chikako learned it also."

"Hehehe"

Chikako: "I am only one who couldn't able to achieve it yet."

Chinatsu: "Ohh, don't worry practice hard and you will be able to do it." He caressed his son's head.

"Don't worry, we are doubling your training in Kenbunshoku no Haki, as we can allot Shishui san's training period to you now. Hehehe"

I can see Chikako's panic stricken face.

Chikako: "You are kidding, right?"

"Hehehe"

Chikako: "Noooooooo"

Chinatsu san after seeing his son's panic stricken face also started to laugh.

Chinatsu san: "So what were you thinking before we discussed about space channels."

"Animals has thick skins, and if consider this animals as monster, i can think that their skin might be tough as rock or even steel. And that's best case scenario. I need to make sure my sword can penetrate their skin. I need to find out how to achieve that."

Chinatsu san nodded on that. 

"You should ask Kenjutsu specialist."

I nodded on that.

After ending Shogi game we went to training ground. I decide to meet Old man tomorrow.

[Chinatsu POV]

What Ikki said is quite impressive, but about making teams which is special in fighting this kinds of monsters, i also started to think we required that. Currently Nara clan don't have higher level attack technique other than Kagezukami no Jutsu (Shadow Clutch Technique) and Kage Nui no Jutsu (Shadow Sewing Technique). And out of two we can't do first one without help of Yamanka and Akimichi clan members help.

I need to have discussion about this with Shikaku san. If worst scenario comes, we need to prepare for it before hand. This Ikki kid has woken me up. After thinking this i headed to Shikaku san house. As its past 5 pm, he should be at home. 

After reaching Shikaku's san place, gate opened by him.

Shikaku: "Aah, Chinatsu, What this surprise visit for?"

"I need to discuss somethings with you. And if possible, after this discussion, you should include Yamanakas and Akimichis in this."

Shikaku san got confused and asked me to meeting room in his house. After sitting in meeting room he started preparing tea.

Shikaku: "Now tell me what do you wanted to discuss."

"Chikako has a friend named Ikki, And both of them are friends with Shishui Uchiha."

Shikaku san nodded on that.

"After seeing Shishui Uchiha off, they both were playing shogi at my house, That Ikki kid was able to deduce whole mission parameters on base of small information Shishui Uchiha told them. Than Ikki started thinking about how to deal with this monsters."

Shikaku: "Yes, Sandaime also thought that's why he also told every jonin about it. To consider dealing with dangerous monsters."

"Yes i remember that, Issue is, are equipped with dealing with Monsters? Until now what Shinobi are proficient in is fighting in dark and with enemy shinobi. We can't handle enemies which is much larger and hard to kill. Hard skin like steel, speed which higher than normal and response time which is animalistic. This is minimum. I can think of. And is this just on assumptions that animals like monsters will come."

Shikaku: "You think humanoid type monsters also can appear."

"Its one of possibility. and we don't have Shinobi's who are proficient in handling them. We might have 3 in future, but its just coincidental. We need to create squads which can handle this monsters and also might have to go on war with them if high numbers of monsters appears. Currently as Jiraiya sama said only small size monsters are appearing and number is low but that's just his assumption."

Shikaku: "What you are saying is right? I will put this proposal in next clan meeting which is due in a week."

I nod on that. 

"Thank you for listening this."

Shikaku: "No this is nice point you have pointed it out for me. So who is this 3 shinobi you are talking about."

"Oh yes, but 1 is out currently, Shishui Uchiha, My son Chikako and Ikki. But they are still in premature level as they only coincidentally started on training which might help in dealing with monsters, but don't give their names in in Clan meeting. If hokage sama asks, tell him in secret it will be good."

Shikaku: "Why do you say they only started prematurely?"

I thought for some time. "Please don't tell anyone. They are learning intent reading technique devised by Ikki i was talking about. And as you know, every living thing has intent, so its kind of counter to animals. If i remember correctly, its named as 'Kenbunshoku no Haki'."

Shikaku san nod on that.

Shikaku: "I will give Sandaime sama this information. But this Ikki kid is must be Genius as you are describing this."

"I can't tell much. I only know about this. But I don't want to peep in their training and he is making my lazy son practice clan techniques, so I am more than happy with it."

Shikaku san and I started laughing in this.

"How is your son? He must be around 5 years old right?"

Shikaku: "Yes he is. Kinda cute, but lazy."

"hahaha, Its default trait for Uchiha. Let's end this conversation. Please provide me details with what transcribe with Sandaime sama. bye"
