*TIME SKIP AGAIN*

It as been three days since Yagura handed his title to Mei as the Mizukage, a lot of people agreed and rejoiced the day the ceremony took place. Especially the former rebels who fought alongside her, they partied after they no longer can't. Naruto was very happy and satisfied with the benefits of his efforts.

The day after the ceremony, the blonde immediately discussed with the now Godaime Mizukage on behalf of joining his guild. "So what kind of guild is this?"

"Hmmm... How should I explain this to you in the simplest manner..." Naruto cupped his chin in a thinking manner. "It's a guild Mei.."

"..."

"..."

"Yes... and I asked what kind of guild?"

"..."

"..."

This went awkwardly for Naruto, the truth was that he just want to have many strong companions to conquer this world. "Ehem... You know, what does a guild normally do?"

Mei sighed in defeat, this man was really strong but he was really carefree and sometimes childish. "We know what a guild does, let me change my question."

Naruto stood up from his seat which was just in front of the desk of the Mizukage and went to the corner and poured some tea in a cup. He nodded for Mei to continue.

Mei on the other hand was serious about this whole guild stuff and intertwined her fingers, "Why do you want to create a guild and what do we get from this?"

Seeing that the Mizukage was now really serious, Naruto went back to his seat and just calmly sipped his tea. He was taking his time, he wasn't in a rush. "Tell me Mei, why are guilds created?"

"Isn't that obvious?" Replied Mei, confused why Naruto even asked her this.

"Well you got my answer"

"..."

*sip*

'This son of a...'

Veins popped on Mei's forehead, this guy's answers were really frustrating. "I won't ask why, just tell me what do we get from joining your guild?"

Naruto wanted to laugh so hard but he just kept his cool and calmly sipped his tea. "I will guarantee the guild members the protection as long as it's according to the terms and conditions where the members are not to be performing any type of acts that may harm the guild."

He stood up placing his tea on the kage's table and gave her a paper that the rules and regulations in it. "That's all there is to know about the guild, and here a ring. You'll know what that's for in the paper I gave you." Naruto threw a red ring towards Mei then left the office making the woman breathe in relief, the pressure in just looking the blonde was just really heavy.

She looked and read the contents on the paper.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Be respectful of other members of the guild, their abilities, their contributions, and any extra duties they perform to keep the guild running.

2. Immaturity and infantile behaviour is not tolerated on missions.

3. Do not engage in any activity that will bring the guild's name into disrepute.

4. Follow the Guild Rules and Code of Conduct at all times.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

1. Every guild member is expected to their best.

2. Members should feel free to give advice and suggestions to other members to improve themselves.

3. In every mission, always prioritize the life of your comrades.

Mei then wore the ring in her left index finger, 'Hello?'

The ring was glowing in response as an call from here was received by someone. 'Umm Mizukage-sama?'

Widening her eyes a bit, Mei continued to telepathically speak. 'Umm... May I ask who you are?'

'Ah... my apologies, this is Steve. The one who came with Naruto.'

'Oh, yeah you! I remember! Please do come here in the office, I'll discuss the rates on the weapons you sold us'

'I'll be coming now Mizukage-sama, and by the way, since Naruto gave you this ring. You should be a Sentinel of the Guild.'

Mei went silent for a bit, 'I guess so, I'll be cutting off my call now.'

The very same time their call was happening, Naruto went to check on Yagura and found him on a beach really far from the village. He walked and sat on a sand beside the former kage. "Someone's depressed..."

Yagura sighed and just looked at the never ending seas, "I can't dare to look at the village anymore, after all the thing that happened."

Listening to Yagura, the blonde shook his head. "You weren't at fault Yagura, remember what I've told you about the sharingan."

Yagura didn't reply and just continued looking at the ocean whilte tears were falling from his eyes, while Naruto layed his back on the sand and watched the clouds. He may not have sharingan, but he can feel people's emotions. Yagura's is like burning flame of regret, his heart is filled with sorrow.

"Look at the clouds Yagura... It always changes its form, you may not see it instantly but very slowly, they do. It's the same for you man, getting over may not be easy and fast, but slowly you will."

Naruto stood up and dusted himself, "Be like the clouds Yagura."

The former kage widened his eyes, he was like seeing Naruto as a new light. But it did not last as he said, "You may say that, but I have no where to go. The current me can't go back to the village with this mindset."

Naruto grinned as he offered his hand to Yagura, "Then join me... Join my guild"

"Wha-what?"

"You heard what I said, join me Yagura. Join the Snarling Wolves!"

Naruto's grin widened as Yagura was hesitant at first but decided to accept Naruto's hand. "Okay, I'm in... Just a question though."

They were now standing up and facing each other, while Naruto nodded. "Go ahead!"

"Umm... What's your guild about?"

'Oh here we go again..."
