mission grinding

since the mission for finding Sasuke was over I began searching for other missions to keep me occupied. either it is painting fences, catching cats, or disposing of bandits. I welcomed them all.

at first, the Hokage was reluctant about letting me go but then she found starring into my eyes and she found herself getting cut into pieces, then she accepted.

it was a wyze that allowed me to do it properly. it amplified my killing intent tenfold and gave me an insane fighting spirit.

it added to my already monstrous healing and gives me an increase in strength.

I was on a B-rank mission when I sensed someone hiding.

I put my sword to my side and flicked the blood off and faced the man staring at me.

"you want to come out now, or do you want me to drag you out," I said.

"you have a pretty impressive bounty for a kid," the man said.

the fight started with him trying to grab me with his hand, however, I dodged and countered with a fireball.

although useless against him, it provided me enough time to set a trap.

just like I thought he came at me and he stepped on a mana mine causing him to get thrown back.

I took the time to seal this area with the pillars that trapped us together. then what came next were my upgraded paralysis seals.

using lighting blade I then dealt with his five hearts and I cut off his head and sealed it so I can get his bounty.

needless to say, I got paid pretty well and I took the rookies out for lunch. BBQ, although I wanted ramen, majority vote.

Sakura still hated me for killing Sasuke, but if she didn't she should have trained to bring him back herself.

I was about to take a bite when someone plucked it out of my hand and took it out of my hand.

I sighed knowing who it was and took another one.

"ignoring me are you," she said behind me.

"Who is that Naruto," Ino asked looking at Scáthach.

"This is my teacher. she kicks my ass all the time and is the strongest person I know," I said.

"how many people do you know," Shikamaru asked with a sigh.

"Well, she was the first person I met. then it was Kurama, speaking of that furball, where is he," I asked Scáthach.

"he was at home. something about being able to stretch his legs without that seal on him," she said shrugging and taking more of my food.

"yeah, well I know him. Hestia... if I hear anything bad out of your months I'll hunt you down to the end of the planet, and take your life," I said as my killing intent filled the room and people began to grasp for air.

I stopped and continued eating. what followed was a scared group of teens, except Shikamaru, who was sleeping.

"anyways, I need to go train," I said getting up from the table.

"all you do is train," Ino said softly.

I looked around and I felt like I forgot something.

"where's Hinata," I asked.

I found her passed out on the table with a red face.

"Is she sick," I asked confused.

"yes," Ino responded.

"well I hope she gets better," I said disappearing in a flash.

I appeared in the training room with my clones that were looking to add wind style to the Rasengan, and it was going swimmingly.

I was close to being able to throw it without damaging myself. since I replenished my chakra faster than it gets depleted I had my clones make more clones to research it.

life was going to be peaceful for a while, and I wanted to get stronger while I had the chance.

"now then let's spar," I said and Scáthach kicked my ass.
