I'm not going to lie, as soon as we entered I made a clone and ditched Sakura and Sasuke.

I had better things to do right now. after all, I had found another Uzumaki and although the leaf betrayed them, they were still protected by them.

so when I saw a certain red-haired girl, I knew almost immediately that she was a cousin. so here I was watching over her when I felt my clone disappear.

I jumped up and placed an FTG seal on a tree nearby and arrived just in time to kick a person off Sasuke's back.

I pulled out my spear and cut a large gash across his chest. realizing the situation he turned and ran. when he was running he dropped his team's scroll.

"if we get separated again don't trust them, this could happen again," Sasuke pointed out as he came up with a password.

I was semi-focused as I was concentrating on the man with a sealed Kage level chakra and why was following us.

next to us, the forest exploded and I concealed my chakra and hid in a tree and watched what happened.

I watched as a "clone" of me tried to sneak their way into team 7, however, Sasuke caught on and threw a kunai at him.

I noticed a snake summon and quickly went to intercept it, I used Kurama's chakra and quickly dealt with it.

I thanked him and turned towards the man facing off against Sasuke and Sakura.

"you want my scroll don't you, since you have the heaven," he said as he pulled out an earth scroll.

I pulled out my sword and dagger and activated my mystic eyes of death perception for the first time.

when he released his killing intent, I did the same and they clashed with each other. however, that bought me enough time for Sasuke to shake out of it and throw a fire jutsu at him.

I had to give props to Sakura, she snapped out of it quickly and did her best to hit the man.

meanwhile, I noticed this man only going after Sasuke and my mind came up with an idea.

I rushed towards him and attacked him almost hitting the lines.

however, I assume he missed or felt danger and made it quickly to avoid it.

with that in mind, I switched to Gáe bolg and attacked him. while my dagger mastery is pretty bad, my spearman ship isn't.

I attacked him and left multiple cuts and a large cut across his face.

he pulled out a spare sword from his mouth and threw it at me. while I was distracted he used that opportunity and stretched his neck forward and bit Sasuke.

he then turned around to run away but I threw gal bolg straight and cut off his left arm. he yelled in pain but I just recalled my spear back to me.

I let him run knowing that he wouldn't be able to heal his injuries. man, I love Scáthach spear.

"you guys okay," I asked turning my attention to them.

"we're okay," Sakura said as she held up Sasuke.

I looked at the place where he bit Sasuke and couldn't help but facepalm at such low-level seals.

I mean for a seal master such as myself this was nothing, but to other people, they would assume it would be impossible.

"hurry up and let's complete this task so I can seal this," I said as I made a clone to get to my cousin.

I also left a note reporting what had happened here so when the jonins could report this to the Hokage.

we ran into a couple of people along the way however they were just weaklings, so we made it practically unharmed.

I noticed we were the first to arrive, however, but I did the math and confirmed that if we were still fighting the snake man then we would still be in the forest.

we went into a room and Iruka was summoned from our scroll. had to say he was shocked to find my spear against his neck.

I removed it after seeing his face, "sorry Iruka sensei but my team just had to fight a snake man so I'm on high alert right now."

"snake man," he asked surprised.

"yeah a snake man, and can I use a room to remove this curse seal on Sasuke's neck," I said as I pointed at Sasuke.

Iruka had pointed at a spare room behind him and I pulled Sasuke in there and had him sit on the chair.

"alright let me explain this seal for you Sasuke. from what I have seen it has three stages but each time you use it the more your body is fatigued.

what that man did was give you power however If my assumption is correct then he will come back for you," I explained as I began preparing an array of different seals.

"what does it do," he told me as he was in pain.

"it will make you obsessed with following him so he can give you power, but having power isn't everything. what matters the most is hard work.

my friend rock lee or sometimes bushy brows is very talented and if you want to learn taijutsu look for might guy. however you are proficient in ninjutsu but it doesn't hurt to be diverse," I explained.

"take this off me," he said angrily.

"Before doing that I have two methods to do this," I said.

"what would hurt less," he said.

"the second one is less painful, however, it does have some... after effects," I explained.

"do it," he said.

since the curse mark was full of yang and other things that I couldn't verify yet I decided just to seal that part off.

"Scáthach I need your help," I said and immediately she appeared out of my shadow.

"who's she," Sasuke asked.

"many things, anyways I need you to help me stabilize the other energy in the mark while I balance out the curse mark," I explained.

"got it," she said as she drew a couple of runes and was done with it.

now I had to remove Orochimaru's soul and then disable it from the inside. after that the mark disappeared.

"alright that should do it, if you feel something again then you can stop by my house and I'll create a new seal," I told him.

"what was option one," he asked me.

"to balance the yang in your seal I would have turned you into a girl, this way you have both balances each other out," I explained to him.

I let him come outside and that day I took both Scáthach and Sasuke to eat at ichiraku ramen.

(meanwhile in the Hokage office)

"This note was left by Naruto, correct," hiruzen questioned.

"that's correct, I can verify that this is his handwriting because it's the same as his test, Hokage-sama," Ibiki confirmed.

"hiruzen, the boy will become a great threat to the village when he grows older. even now he can take on a sanin," Danzo tried convincing.

"I agree with Danzo, Hokage sama," Homura said.

"Whether you agree or not is not my problem, however, Danzo should you make a move on the boy then I can no longer guarantee your life.

what you don't know is that Naruto has already had information on all of us. to your hand in the Uchiha demise, to you guys trying to enter his house," hiruzen told the village elders.

we were in a training ground of some sort. mine was still better but I'm not going to say that right.

I saw many of the team's sensei. however, I saw Yūgao sensei and guy sensei. I didn't greet them because It would be disrespectful to this test.

I listened to the Hokage talk about the true nature of this exam and some other stuff. then they started talking about a preliminary test.

Kabuto dropped out and I looked towards Kakashi and caught him in a makeshift genjutsu. I made him see the words "spy" above kabuto's head.

he began to search for the one who did it until he met my eyes and I gave a nod.

"is something the matter Kakashi," guy asked.

"Nothing just found some interesting information," he replied.

however, when he looked back into my eyes I pointed back at the person in the back and he followed my look.

"snake man" was what he saw and his eyes widened. he grabbed a paper and started to write on it.

when Kabuto and Orochimaru left he approached the Hokage and gave him the note that he wrote.

"S rank secret," was all he said before he got back in line.

when he read it he couldn't help but sigh and continue the exam.

I watched as Sasuke was called forward along with one of the sound ninjas. I had to say he improved a bit with the seal off his back.

after the first touch, Sasuke noticed something immediately was wrong and backed away.

he started to cast fire style before rushing forward and engaging in taijutsu.

he ended the fight quickly using the opponent's weakness. he won the fight and came back up to the stage.

"good job," I congratulated him.

Kakashi said he had to take care of Sasuke and I let him go, however when I noticed the snake man following them, I also followed.

I listened and heard how this snake man was controlling the hidden sound was his village.

"you guys are just my pawns," he said so arrogantly that I had to step in.

"you know that a lot of talk for somebody with only one arm," I said from behind the pillar.

I walked from behind the pillar island into the spotlight.

"you," he said with his killing intent flooding the room.

his genjutsu only Kakashi was broken then and it showed him with a heavily bandaged arm that was still bleeding.

"Naruto, move aside this is a legendary sanin, even with one arm he is still more than capable of killing us," Kakashi said.

"no offense Kakashi, but he doesn't hold a candle to my shishou," I told him.

"shishou?" Kakashi asked nervously as he eyed Orochimaru.

"yeah she is over there," I said pointing to the pillar behind them.

there stood Scáthach leaning on it while reading her orange book. she looked up from it and didn't even bother looking at the sanin.

"you called," she said.

"no, just using you as a reference," I said.

she then went back to reading, while Orochimaru made this time to escape.

Kakashi let him go and we went back to the exam and watched as the ones fighting were the sand Shinobi and sound fought.

"where were you guys," asked Sakura.

"reading," I replied.

she found that excuse passable before turning back to the fight.

"you're a smooth liar," Kakashi said.

"only when I need to be," I replied.

I watched as the puppet grabbed the opponent and broke his bones. I had to say I liked how he handed this.

now it was a fight I was excited to see happen.

ino vs Sakura.

of course, I knew that ino was going to win because of her long-time training and not being a fan girl.

"try your best," I said to Sakura.

and when Ino passed by us I told her, "make sure you don't hold back... she needs to learn that spending time training is good."

"y-yeah of course," she said in a hurry as she left.

"Why did you say that to her," Sasuke asked me.

"because he wants to motivate her to train and not waste her time," I heard Scáthach say from behind me.

even the other kids flinched as they turned towards her reading the book, even the Hokage eyes showed surprise. although he was old he would still be able to Sense someone near him.

"shishou," I said looking at the one-sided fight downstairs.

"I hope you're ready for our training after this," she said as she flipped the page.

"200 or the three, " I asked.

"three," she said as she looked me in the eye.

*sigh* I felt the seal on my legs get almost a hundred times heavier.

I stumbled a bit before the glow on my ankles disappeared.

"t-thanks," I said sarcastically.

"was that sarcasm, Naruto?" she said as she put her book away.

"no," I quickly said.

"what I thought," she said as she leaned over the railing.

"Naruto gots the youth," guy sensei said while hugging Lee.

"the pink-haired girl has some potential," she said.

"medical right," I asked.

"looks like you do use your brain," she said with a smile.

I was now getting used to the weights and I began to move my arms and feet again.

"winner ino," I heard as the next participants showed.

ten ten vs Temari.

a oneside knockout. all her techniques were rendered useless.

I watched Shikamaru outsmart the girl he was fighting and man his IQ is terrifying sometimes.

now it was my turn to fight and I had to go up against Kiba.

"I'm losing aren't I," Kiba said.

"most definitely," Scáthach said.

"Don't worry Kiba, as long as we both do our best then both of us is the winner," I said with a handshake.

"your right, I'm not going to lose that easy to you," he said as he ran down the stairs.

I threw my kunai and teleported down there and waited for him. all the jonins eyes went wide, even the Hokage's did.

"wasn't that "his" jutsu," asked guy.

"Indeed, it surprised me the first time he used it," Kakashi said.

I unsealed the Kusanagi because I wasn't going to use a lethal weapon such as Gáe bolg on a friend.

"ready...begin," the guy shouted.

"get ready..." I told Kiba.
