The person was teleported away, but the Third Raikage left something behind.

A segment of a robust and hardened arm, the cut completely carbonized, an amber purifying pot, and Mabumu, who even in death wore a smile, surely believing he had sent away Kumogakure's greatest hope.

But in reality, Konoha had no reinforcements coming; the village's mission was merely to hold off the Cloud ninja squad led by the Third Raikage. However, at Yoichi's suggestion, there was a slight change in the mission.

"Cough, cough, cough, cough!!!"

Yoichi didn't care about the spoils of war; he felt like his throat was about to cough out, and his body was unbearably hot.

"Yoichi-kun, are you alright?"

Sakumo attempted to help Yoichi up but immediately felt like touching a burning stove upon contact with his body. Although he quickly withdrew his hand, he still got slightly burned.

Yoichi struggled to use the sealing key on his palm, pressing it against his abdomen and turning it counterclockwise to close the loosened Four Symbols Seal, stopping his body temperature from rising further.

But in just that short moment, the grass around his feet had already withered from the heat.

Yoichi weakly pointed towards another battlefield, and Sakumo immediately understood, knowing the Third Raikage had been dealt with and that he was being asked to assist elsewhere.

"Yoichi-kun, is your body okay? I'll quickly take care of the others and then have Mokichi help you heal."

Mokichi, the sensory ninja in the team, also knew a bit of medical jutsu. After speaking, Sakumo left to handle the other battlefield and arranged for someone to treat Yoichi.

That one move looked like a forbidden jutsu, directly piercing through one of the Third Raikage's arms.

After Sakumo left, Yoichi was still in severe pain, contemplating whether to consume a senzu bean for immediate recovery. However, after reluctantly taking out the bean, he hesitated and put it back, deciding to bear the discomfort.

Although in distress, Yoichi felt no life-threatening danger and, with the Third Raikage teleported away, considered the mission essentially complete.

What remained was to return to the village for treatment.

And it seemed the Third Raikage had left behind something valuable.

Yoichi, barely standing, slowly made his way to Mabumu's body, taking the amber purifying pot into his arms and preserving a piece of Mabumu's flesh with a storage scroll.

This seemed to be one of the Six Paths Tools, specifically for sealing Tailed Beasts but also capable of storing other items.

The flesh was for future experiments with Reanimation Jutsu. Mabumu's ability to use the Heavenly Transfer Technique alone made it worthwhile to revive him through Reanimation Jutsu.

A tool of the Uchiha ancestors now returned to the hands of an Uchiha, not to be taken by anyone else.

After a while, the battle ended, and Sakumo and Mokichi hurried to Yoichi's side. Mokichi checked him and immediately used Palm Sage Jutsu to heal.

"Yoichi-san, you have varying degrees of burns all over your body, with the throat being the most severe. I can only provide temporary relief; you'll need detailed treatment back in the village. But you will certainly recover once there."

Yoichi weakly nodded, unable to speak. The strain of that Atomic Breath was too much for him.

Not just him, but even Godzilla within him was exhausted. Even without the Four Symbols Seal, Godzilla wouldn't stir, now in a deep slumber.

A young Godzilla wouldn't normally release Atomic Breath, having just developed its atomic reactor.

"Is this the Third Raikage's arm? Sakumo-senpai, Yoichi-kun, this could have been a minor achievement, but with this arm, it's now a significant feat."

Sakumo Hatake had briefly explained the situation to the others, noting that had they not momentarily overlooked Mabumu, they might have had the chance to kill the Third Raikage today.

If they had sent word back to the village and the ninja army arrived in time, they could have captured the Third Raikage.

Killing a village's Kage would have been a massive blow to their morale.

Unfortunately, they had been too conservative from the start.

Hiruzen also regretted it, but what's done is done, and regretting now served no purpose.

Danzo, hearing about the amber purifying pot, immediately objected: "According to intelligence, this is one of the Six Paths Tools used by Kumogakure for transporting strategic materials and sealing Tailed Beasts. Its strategic value far exceeds personal use. I believe it should be surrendered to the village."

"Lord Danzo, there's no precedent for that in the village. The Third Raikage's arm was taken down by Yoichi-kun."

Orochimaru, after a light chuckle, said, "Besides, Yoichi-kun entrusted me with its safekeeping. If I were to surrender it to the village, he might just come knocking on my door, and I certainly don't want to clash with Konoha's Lightning Blade."

Hearing Yoichi's name filled Danzo with rage. That wicked Uchiha, he thought, would have to be dealt with someday.

"Hiruzen, Koharu, Homura, what do you think?"

Koharu and Homura remained silent. The tool's value was immense, and giving it to the village seemed appropriate.

But technically, the village had no right to demand it, especially since Yoichi, a staunch representative of the Uchiha clan's hardliners, had just made a significant contribution.

Hiruzen took a puff from his pipe and then said to Orochimaru, "Just hand over the supplies inside the amber purifying pot to the logistics department. As for the rest, do as you please. Sakumo, regarding your team's contribution, I'll discuss it with Koharu, Homura, and Danzo before informing the village."

"I understand, Third Hokage."

"Yes, Sensei!"
