Chapter 33: Departure for the Country of Waves

Sasuke soon began researching his mysterious power. A group of Shadow Clones punched the ground intermittently across the wasteland, their roars echoing continuously. Yet, they were still a long way from achieving the power to tear the earth, as first described.

"Phew, this does consume a lot of chakra," noted Sasuke as his Shadow Clones vanished one after another due to chakra depletion. Each attempt to wield the strange power drained a substantial amount of chakra. However, to discover the most effective way to channel chakra, one had to experiment gradually.

Meanwhile, Sasuke's body sat on the ground, busily writing and sketching in a notebook. It contained a map depicting the meridians and acupoints of the human body's hands and feet. Memories from the Shadow Clones kept flooding back to him.

"These two meridians, when activated together, could make the chakra burst stronger. But which acupoints should be combined to enhance it?" Sasuke mused. "No, it needs to be more complex. It can't just involve one or two meridians. Maybe I need to engage all the meridians and acupoints in the palm. Well, let's make some enhancements here..."

Tsunade observed silently, "Why are you panicking? This kid has the exact same approach as I did when studying the strange power technique. He's figuring it out little by little! Could it be...? Will he really learn it all by himself?"

Thanks to the wealth of theoretical knowledge from the ninja school, and his formidable ability to control chakra, Sasuke's research progressed steadily.
