Chapter 11: Climbing Trees and Treading Water Five Years in Advance, Shadow Clone Practice

Sasuke wanted to know what he should practice next, so he went to ask Teacher Iruka for advice. Iruka agreed that Sasuke's strength was far beyond his peers. Following Iruka's advice, Sasuke began practicing climbing trees and treading water.

Iruka asked in surprise, "Are you actually asking me for advice? Why doesn't our side's Sasuke do this?" Hatake Kakashi responded, "After the genocide incident, our Sasuke became quite reserved. He would never choose to ask others for help." Jiraiya added, "That makes sense! That Sasuke is in a better state of mind. Kakashi interjected, "Ahem, calm down. Only the knowledge and experiences can be transferred back to the original through a Shadow Clone. Physical training reactions are not included." Guy expressed disappointment, "Is that so... what a pity."

Namikaze Minato chimed in, "It's not entirely true. Physical combat skills, like response to attacks, are also based on experience and can be enhanced with a Shadow Clone." Jiraiya confirmed, "Indeed, that means only practices involving physical growth and progress can't utilize the Shadow Clone."

Uzumaki Naruto declared, "I've decided to use the Shadow Clone for my practice every day from now on. In a year... no, I'll beat Sasuke in a month!" Sasuke retorted, "You idiot, don't you think I practice the same way?"

Hatake Kakashi warned, "Don't abuse this method. The Shadow Clone cultivation method requires not only sufficient chakra but also strong mental power."
