Chapter 20

Yakumo winked at Yuu playfully "Oh forgot to mention that I am a powerful sensor so sensing your chakra level and density was quite easy for me, for any high-level sensor really."

"However, I like everyone else, couldn't figure out just why you would attack the elder home. I already figured out that you used the nine-tails jinchuriki as a diversion, but I couldn't figure out the rest. It was only after observing your vastly increased chakra level than what should be possible that I was able to figure it out. Even now as I think about it, I can help but think about how unrealistic and impossible my conclusion sounds but whenever I think about it, I am reminded that there exists multiple jutsus and techniques capable of making the impossible possible like the Fourth Hokage's Jutsu capable of instant teleportation and teleporting anything he marks as long as he has chakra. 

it was only by thinking about it unrealistically that I was able to come up with a conclusion as to how your chakra could increase so rapidly."

Yakumo looked straight into Yuu's eyes moving even closer causing Yuu to have to pull back his kunai alongside her lest he cuts through her carotid artery.

"You possess a technique that enables you to increase your chakra levels using that of your slain enemy. Whether it is an actual forbidden technique or simply a new unique Kekei Genkai I'm still not sure but what I am sure of is that you possess the means of adding the chakra of your slain opponents into yourself and judging by the density of your chakra, you can either increase your chakra or increase your chakra density as you have done."

"Am I right?"

Yuu took in a deep breath as numerous thoughts ran rampant in his mind. He knew that his power would eventually be discovered as ninjas were extremely intelligent people capable of deducing a technique after seeing it once or twice and finding its weaknesses if they were capable enough however he didn't expect to be found out so soon by a girl around his own age. Granted he hadn't expected for a powerful Kurama clan heiress to be present during his last attack so one could say that he simply had bad luck last time.

Yuu sighed "You are correct." He finally acknowledged.

"Is there anyone else who knows about this?" asked Yuu as this was the most important question to which Yakumo shook her head. "No. No one else knows as I kept my thoughts to myself."

Yuu glared at her coldly at her words while gripping his kunai even tighter "So no one else will know as long as I kill you"

Yakumo nodded with a calm disposition "Yes, you are absolutely right. However, I have another proposition that I would like to offer instead of resulting to unnecessary bloodshed."

Yuu was interested in hearing her options on how to move forward so he nodded for her to continue.

"First in order to determine the feasibility of my proposal, I would like to know one more thing about your unique technique as it is the only thing I'm interested in knowing in order to continue with my options. Does it allow you to assimilate the Kekei Genkai of other shinobi?"

Yuu kept a calm face after hearing her question while contemplating what to say. A few minutes passed in complete silence with the two gazing into each other's eyes until finally Yuu nodded his head.

Yakumo took a deep breath as her eyes widened in shock. She had of course hypothesized this however the fact that what she had thought was actually true was shocking to say the least. An ability that could not only take people's chakra and add it onto the host but also take their Kekei Genkai as well. And that may not even be everything this ability could do. If so then this would be the most dangerous ability as just by those two functions alone anyone could become the strongest ninja in the world.

Yakumo put all her stray thoughts at the back of her mind. What she needed to do now was focus on proceeding with her plan.

"Now that I know you can assimilate Kekei Genkai, we can proceed with option one of my plans of co-operation."

"And what would that be?" asked Yuu with a bit of interest.

"I will offer you my clan's Kekei Genkai as well as support you with various resources in order to assist you in becoming one of the strongest ninja in the world if not in history. in exchange I want to request two things from you." She said in a clear sweet voice.

"And what would those two things be?" asked Yuu not taking his eyes off her.

"One is something I have to do in order to further strengthen the genes of my clan. I want you and I to have children together."

"WHAT?!!" Yuu was so shocked by her statement that he quickly stood up, removing his kunai from his neck as he backed away a few feet from Yakumo after all what he had heard was too shocking. No. He might have misheard her words hence he needed to confirm once more.

"I'm sorry could you repeat that?"

Yakumo stood up, walked towards him and placed her hands on his own "I'm saying that for my first request I wish for you and I to have children. We won't have them now of course but later on when we are adults however my first request is to have children with you."

Yuu took a deep breath as he tried to control himself. Today was simply a roller coaster of events where he got to experience numerous emotions he hadn't felt in a long time. Finally, he turned towards the sincere gaze of Yakumo Kurama.

"And may I ask why?"

"Due to the nature of your technique which I have so far seen no side effects whatsoever, I have hypothesized that your body's genes are capable of easily assimilating whatever Kekei Genkai you acquire and hence I wish to have children with you as I hope to pass on those genes to my children who, If my guess is correct, due to your genetics will be born with a healthy body capable of handing the powers of my Kurama bloodline. This would in turn make the future generations of my clan stronger as eventually I hope later on in the future that your genes will eventually eradicate the last of weak Kurama clan members that are present in our current history making us the strongest clan rather than the weakest, which is what we are at the moment, due to our limitations." Explained Yakumo Kurama.
