Chapter 10:  The Test 1

The next morning,

Sasuke got up early and did some light exercise, then took a shower before walking out of the apartment leisurely.

It's an apartment. Sasuke's residence is not in the Uchiha clan compound. Instead, it was an apartment located near the center of Konoha, not far from Naruto's home.

After the Uchiha massacre, the Uchiha clan compound was classified as a restricted area by the third Hokage. Sasuke was also arranged to live in this apartment, and he was provided with living expenses every month until graduation.

As for Uchiha's huge assets?

According to the Third Hokage, it was sealed and supervised by Konoha authority. Well, it doesn't matter to Sasuke anyway, as he's not obsessed with money; he just wants to find Itachi and know the truth.

The third training ground.

When Sasuke stepped into the training, he heard Naruto roaring.

"Damn it! Sasuke, you are so late."

He came on time before dawn and had been waiting for three hours.

"Heh. I am not late. It's you idiot, who came early!" Sasuke said it perfunctorily without raising his head.

"Idiot Naruto! Kakashi-sensei hasn't arrived yet. So, Sasuke-Kun is not late at all." Sakura, who had also been waiting for a long time, immediately scolded Naruto and stood up for Sasuke.

Another two hours later.

"Hi, good morning, you three." Kakashi, who had arrived late, waved his hand in greeting. This lazy behavior immediately allowed Naruto and Sakura, who had been waiting for the longest, to find an opportunity to vent.

"Too late, Kakashi-sensei..." Sakura and Naruto both pointed at Kakashi and shouted in unison with dissatisfaction.

"Well, I'm sorry, because there is a black cat... so..." Kakashi, who had already lost his moral integrity, started to give an explanation that no one would believe. Then he threw down his backpack, took out the alarm clock, and placed it on the wooden stake next to him.

"Okay, now let's explain the content of the test. Your task is to grab these two bells before noon. If you can't grab the bells, you will have no food at noon."

"Remember, you can use any means, and you have to be determined to kill me."

Under Sakura's confused expression, Kakashi said the content of the test. This made Sakura and Naruto, who had not eaten breakfast, stare at Kakashi angrily with a resentful expression.  It turned out that this was the reason why they were not allowed to have breakfast.   

"Kakashi-sensei, those who can't grab the bell can't eat lunch? What kind of test is this? It's just lunch, so what if I don't eat it?" Sakura suppressed her anger and asked.

"Haha... You are very smart, Sakura. Then I will announce the final rule!"

"Only the person who grabs the bell can pass the test and become a Genin. You also saw that there are only two bells. In other words, only two of you can pass." Kakashi narrowed his eyes and spoke slowly.

As soon as these words came out, Sakura and Naruto were shocked. Naruto reacted first and thought.

'Two bells; he must get one!'

'It took a lot of effort to be in a group with Sasuke-kun. I don't want to be separated. I'm sorry, Naruto.' Sakura next excluded Naruto in an instant.

"Uh..." Sasuke couldn't help but twitch his mouth when he saw this, and he shook his head secretly. These two guys were fooled by Kakashi so easily.   

"I'm tired. Then the test begins!" Kakashi announced with a wave of his hand, and a flash of disappointment flashed in his eyes.

The words just fell. Sasuke and Sakura moved their feet and quickly left the place to hide themselves. Only Naruto stood there with no intention of hiding.

"Naruto, what are you doing? Aren't you going to hide?" Kakashi asked with a dark face. This guy isn't like Minato-sensei at all.

"Hmph, I don't care about hiding. Kakashi-sensei, let's have a fair and honest showdown." Naruto crossed his arms and snorted. He stared fiercely at the two bells on Kakashi's waist.

"Idiot..." Kakashi sighed helplessly after hearing this. He took out the little 'Ica Ica book' and started to show off under Naruto's nervous gaze.

"Damn it, don't underestimate me." Naruto, who was ignored, immediately became furious, rolled up his sleeves, and rushed forward. But as a Genin, he was no match for Kakashi. Kakashi could handle Naruto without batting an eye.

As Naruto was going to punch Kakashi, he dodged, and then Naruto lifted his leg to kick Kakashi, but Kakashi said,

"A ninja cannot leave his back to the enemy, Naruto. Secret technique: One Thousand-Years of Death." Kakashi dove behind Naruto and shouted in a cold voice with his index and middle fingers together. Suddenly, Naruto's hair stood on end, and he broke into a cold sweat.

Kakashi blasted Naruto's rectum with a thousand-year blow and made him fly into the sky...

Sakura was ashamed by seeing this, and Sasuke, who was watching the show, smacked his forehead.

"Ah..." Naruto instantly screamed with tears in the sky.
