He shooked his head and pinch his cheek to feel if he's still asleep

"Oww!" He exclaimed. His cheek hurts and feels pain, now he knows he's not dreaming

'w-what is this thing?' he said in thought. As if the blue panel hears his thoughts, answers

/Host. I am the Leveling system. I am sent here to help you/ the system said

"W-wait. Help me?" He questioned the floating blue panel

/Yes, by training you/ it bluntly said

"Why?" Naruto asked to know more

/I was sent here to assist you/

"Uhh, ok but why" he asked again

/Host, Don't you want to get stronger? To change on how the villagers perceive you?/

After hearing what it said. Naruto went silent, he wants to know why the people hated him so much. He wants to know the truth.

"Wait how do you know about that?" Naruto questioned

/Forgive me, host. I searched your memories while you were sleeping. That's how I know/

"Ohhh....that's creepy" he shivered at that

"Sure!" Naruto said. As he put aside those thoughts and listen to what the system would say

Naruto looked at the whole list and carefully read them. He had a hard time understanding some of it due to him not getting proper education

He asked the system

"Hey...um...what's breathing style? Is it some kind of jutsu or some kind of swimming lesson?" Naruto said

/It is not a swimming lesson Host. Breathing Styles are swordsmanship styles that utilize Total Concentration Breathing which are practiced and taught by Demon Slayers.All known Breathing Styles currently taught within the Demon Slayer Corps are derived from Sun Breathing, the first one ever created. The majority of known Breathing Styles mimic a certain element of nature (ex. flame, water and wind) and replicates it with the user's movements, techniques and abilities. The weapon attacks of Demon Slayers who use Breathing Styles are also longer ranged, possibly due to shockwaves or air pressure generated from their weapon itself when swinging and striking./

"So breathing styles just mimic elements"Naruto mumbled

Using Total Concentration Breathing enhances the user's physical traits and capabilities such traits include superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, endurance, and the mental abilities needed to keep up with their superhuman bodies, such as a faster thought process and reaction time./

Naruto sighed in relief when he heard that

Naruto thought for a while and has decided that in order to change other people's opinions of him, he needs to train hard to become a shinobi, but not just some ordinary shinobi. He will become Hokage

He has listened stories and lessons from Jiji from time to time whenever he wasn't busy. On how they were strong and respected by the villagers and they bring peace within the lands. That made him idolized the previous Hokage especially the fourth

He went straight to the bathroom to take a bath

Couple minutes later he got out and put on some clothes. He went out of his apartment and went straight to Ichiraku for breakfast, fortunately for Naruto there are no people (except for the two people working there inside) so that saves the trouble. He walks in and was welcomed with smiles

"Good morning Naruto! Here for some ramen?" Said the sage of six bowls with a smile

"Yeah! I want 2 bowls of miso ramen!" Naruto said with a big smile on his face as he sits down

"Sure thing! Coming right up!" Said Teuchi with a thumbs up

Couple minutes go by. His ramen was served

"Here you go Naruto" said Ayame as she puts the two bowls of ramen infront of him

With a big smile he says "Itadakimasu!" Then he proceeds to devour the ramen

Teuchi and Ayame just chuckled at the scene infront of them

"Naruto, what got you so pumped up?" Ayame asked

"Ayame nee-chan!, I decided to train myself to become a shinobi and become Hokage!" He said

"Hahaha. I have no doubt that you will become Hokage Naruto!" Said Teuchi with a smile on his face with Ayame smiling too

Naruto beamed in happiness and was grateful that he met them. He vows that once he becomes Hokage he will protect them

(Training Grounds)

Naruto went here sometimes and thought that this place would be sufficient for the training he will be given

"Ok system I'm ready for training!" He said with eagerness

Naruto dropped at the ground feeling his arms about to break. He took breaks but he was finally able to complete the push-ups. He looks at his panel and saw a check mark on the push-ups. Next are the sit-ups, squats and 10km run

He groaned, but he picked himself up and started

As he was running, he saw a man with a bowl cut and wearing green spandex also running around the village. The bowl cut guy looks at him and says

"Hahaha. I can see the flames of youth in your eyes!" He said while still running

"Oh...hi there" Naruto said awkwardly

"Don't fret kid. I see you are training. Are you training to be a shinobi?"

"Yeah, I am!"shouted Naruto with determination in his eyes

"HOW YOUTHFUL!"

"Tell me my youthful friend. What is your name?"

"My name is Naruto Uzumaki! Remember that,dattebayo"

"My name is Might Guy, Naruto and don't give up on your training. Work hard and you will accomplish your goal. Until next time" said Guy as he shunshins away

"He's nice. Weird, but nice" Naruto said as he continues his run

With the final lap his run is over. As it took all day to complete as it is now afternoon. He looks at the status and saw it complete. He sighed in relief now that it's over
