As all the guests were thoroughly entertained by the peculiar drama unfolding at the party, a masked male guest appeared confused as he searched outside the venue. However, he found no trace of the person he had been tailing.

"I'm sure I saw her heading this way," muttered the man to himself.

Meanwhile, a young woman dressed in a color matching her skin approached the man with a calm expression. "Robert, you shouldn't be running. Your body condition isn't fully recovered yet. Ah, I should have brought you a wheelchair—"

"And you should have chased after that woman, helping me. Where have you been?" snapped Robert, causing Monica's courage to falter. The woman couldn't admit that she had momentarily stopped following her boss, who believed he had seen a woman resembling Paula, running out of the ballroom. Especially since her reason was so trivial; she was merely curious about Clara's action of slapping Samuel in public.
