Once all people received Souls and incredible powers. Some were lucky enough to obtain the Soul of an ancient and powerful creature, but fate was not favorable to all. The world began to change, and creatures evolved. But, it was not the beginning of a new era. It was the end. A couple of months later, a dark mist appeared and destroyed the world. It was a dictate of destiny from which no one could escape. Wain Norheim was the world's best assassin and the only one who didn't get a soul. However, he was destined to gain the power to confront fate. Escaping through a portal into another world, he unknowingly began the apocalypse. Even the world failed to expel him.
Damaged Spirit was a problem for every Axalt, it was possible to fix it but only with a lot of resources as well as Axalt's own talent. The thing was, the recovery of the Spirit didn't happen on a hospital bed in front of a doctor, but during training.
The damaged parts had to be not just restored, it was necessary to make Spirit become one whole again. This could only be done with strong physical activity and by using the power of the muscles to make all the pieces fit together like puzzles.
To do this Axalt had to go through a great deal of pain, but could not stop as all progress could disappear in an instant. To go through such an ordeal required talent and willpower, as well as time, a lot of time.
Those Axalts who critically wounded their Spirit and then managed to recover it would become extremely strong fighters in the future. As well as their Spirit, which was usually several times stronger than the others.
