Namara ran to a large rock and chose to hide there. Gallos and Lyco followed her. They were silent, only the sound of their breathing could be heard.
Namara's throat felt dry. From time to time she swallowed nervously. Her eyes were still staring at the red light that flashed randomly. Explosions continued.
"We can't just keep sitting around like this," said Namara after feeling a little calmer. She looked at Gallos and Lyco in turn.
"Don't you want to face it? Why are you hiding with me?" she hissed with narrowed eyes.
"Are you telling us to confront the creature, while you're escaping safely yourself?!" Gallos shouted in protest, "If you're hiding, then we should be hiding too! That's fair."
Namara was speechless. It was her intention to get them to confront the statue, but it turned out that Gallos was as shameless as she was.
