Go Out with Eros

Eros massaged the bridge of his nose several times. He was still thinking about his father's words. The old man insisted on appointing him to take over the western region of the Sun clan. He had tried to refuse, but Midas did not accept his refusal.

"If Mr. Leor knew he would hate you, even more, Sir," commented Lyco.

"That's for sure," replied Eros. "However, this is the last time, Lyco. If he still tries to make trouble for me then I will make trouble for him back." His eyes became sharp and cold.

So far, Eros has been a very passive party. He let Leor take the position of the next clan head. However, if Leor kept trying to annoy him, he would take over the post.

Wasn't Leor very afraid of being usurped? Then he would let those fears turn into reality. A cold grin appeared on Eros' lips.

"When are we leaving, Sir?" asked Lyco.

"Hmm." Eros thought for a while. He suddenly thought of an extremely mysterious ancient symbol. He wanted to quickly find out what the symbol on Namara's shoulder meant.

"After meeting Atne," said Eros slowly.

Lyco was surprised to hear the name. He wanted to ask further but then refused. Maybe he'll find out later.

Namara felt someone tap her shoulder several times. A faint voice called out to her, "Miss, wake up..."

She immediately blinked her eyes which still felt quite heavy. When her eyes opened, she saw Elise standing on the side of the bed.

"Elise?" Namara wakes up immediately. "Are you okay? Did he punish you harshly?"

Elise shook her head with a faint smile. "No. Don't worry about me. There are more important things now," she said.

"Important thing?"

"Yes." Elise nodded. She took some water and handed it to Namara. "Miss, you have to get ready. Tonight Mr. Eros wants to take you somewhere."

Namara looked at Elise in confusion. What else will Eros do? She just woke up and her brain can't think fast.

Before this, Eros was completely enveloped in emotion. Even the man punished her without feeling any mercy. However, suddenly the man wanted to ask her out?

Don't tell that Eros wants to escort her to the gate of death? No, or maybe going back to the brothel? Maybe he didn't like her.

"Miss, don't think too much. It seems that master is not angry anymore," said Elise after seeing the anxiety on Namara's face.

"Erm. All right." Namara drank the water Elise gave her. Then she glanced out the window. The sky was starting to turn orange. Looks like the night will soon fall.

She saw the food on the table and her stomach immediately screamed for filling. She hasn't eaten anything this afternoon. All because of Eros. Who knows who ate the roast duck.

"I need to eat," said Namara who immediately grabbed the food.

"Let me prepare another herbal drink. Miss still sounds nasal," said Elise as she walked away.

Namara just nodded without replying. She focused on her food until Elise's figure completely disappeared behind the door. Only then did she rush to check her bag.

"Safe," Namara muttered after making sure her belongings were intact.

To be honest she still felt doubtful and couldn't believe that Eros would ask her out. All she knew was that Eros' sex slave was always locked up in this room or this palace. Her freedom will be taken away.

"Let's see what that cruel man will do," Namara muttered as she walked back to continue her eating activities.

A few moments later Elise came with the same herbs as this morning. Even though she didn't like it, Namara still drank it with a heavy heart.

"Miss, I've prepared a change of clothes," said Elise, pointing to the folded clothes on the bedside. "It might be a long journey so bring something Miss needs."

Hearing Elise's words made Namara even more curious. She couldn't help but ask, "Where is Master Eros going anyway?"

"That… I don't know exactly either. Lyco just told me that."

Namara sighed in disappointment. She didn't ask anymore, instead immediately changed clothes. When her clothes were removed, Elise saw the fresh lashes of the lashes.

"Miss looks like I'll have to apply some ointment. The wound—"

"No need, Elise. I'm fine." Namara refuses. Honestly, she's feeling better.

Elise was about to speak again when suddenly there was a knock on the door from outside. She dropped her sentence. "Perhaps Master will be leaving soon. I will not bother you anymore," she said.

Namara was wearing the clothes that had been prepared. This time the clothes are worn were slightly different. Doesn't show the soft side.

After that, she moved to take her small bag. There are some valuables there to carry. When she felt ready she walked out of the room.

Outside, Lyco was waiting. The man gestured for Namara to follow him. Without asking much she walked after Lyco.

Eros stood in front of the Star Palace. Again, Namara made him wait. He felt a little annoyed. Luckily it didn't last long until the figure he had been waiting for arrived.

"You made me wait again," he hissed gloomily.

"Sorry, Mister." Namara only spoke briefly. It was hard to assume that everything was fine after the man had given her such a painful lash.

Eros snorted. He looked at Namara seriously. "You know where I'm taking you?"

'Of course not.'

"No. Can you explain to me, Sir?" asked Namara.

"It's related to the mysterious symbol. I think you should come along."

Namara's eyes immediately flashed with a certain light. She nodded several times. Finally, Eros took the step to find out. She thought the man would just forget about it.

Suddenly Eros pulled Namara's waist closer. A pair of black wings instantly appeared on his back. The wings flapped and their figures shot across the night sky in an instant.

Namara felt this sensation again. Between enthusiasm and fear. Unconsciously her hand gripped Eros's black shirt. She held on tight.

"You know about the death of the head of the Sun clan?" Eros' voice broke the silence and the night wind. Namara's heart skipped a beat.

Why did Eros have to ask that? The Sun clan's palace people must know that the culprit of the assassination was the Black Wings clan. However, Namara couldn't possibly answer honestly like that.

"Um…. Actually, I left the Sun clan a long time ago," said Namara.

"Shit," Eros sneered. Namara just kept her mouth shut. Don't let her get away with cursing the man.

Traveling in the air turned out to take a long time. Namara didn't expect this to happen. It might be nearly midnight now, but Eros showed no sign of stopping.

"Is that still long?" asked Namara. She felt a little impatient.

"Yes. I'll find a place to stop," replied Eros. Suddenly the direction of his flight dived sharply downwards. His speed also increased drastically.

Namara almost screamed in surprise, but luckily she was able to control herself. Her grip became even stronger on Eros' shirt. Moments later she felt a footstep.

Finally, they landed.

"You… have to consider the safety of others," said Namara as she broke away from Eros. For a moment her footing slightly wavered.

She looked down to see where she had landed. It's muddy ground. Then she looked up again to look at Eros. Her heart was shocked after seeing the change.

"You...." Namara didn't know what to say. Right now Eros' appearance had already changed into a completely different man.

If previously Eros was a handsome man who was enveloped with coldness and cruelty, then now his aura felt different. The man looked calm and aloof. There was no trace of cruelty in him.

"Follow me now," said Eros as he walked away.

Namara nodded slowly. Without saying anything she immediately followed Eros.
