"You're the psychiatrist, Dr. Jacques, right?" The sergeant who had made the surgery for Jess asks me professionally, he looks worried and in a hurry. "We need you inside, please" he explains to me, as I confirmed to him with a nod that I'm the one he's looking for.

What is he talking about? And why is he looking at me like Jessica's life depends on my presence in that recovery room?
