CHAPTER 2

Home sweet home, now i get the meaning of this phrase.

"There's no place like home"

I scream as I throw myself on my queen sized bed. Back at school I was worn out to death, writing endless notes, seeing different contact colors and having to introduce myself to thousands of peeps over and over again. For God's sake, I am Hazel Woods, a weirdo thats gonna change.....someday i hope.

I think about Ivy, I mean shes tall, confident, bold, she's daring, she's everything I wanna be. While I'm the exact opposite 5"4, timid, dull and completely naive and totally stupid. I start sobbing AGAIN!!!!! This world has no place for me. I say and fall in deep sleep.

In my dream, I am Crest Fall, I put on a pair of rugged jeans, a crop top and a black leather jacket. I fall my massive wave of thick black hair. I seem to drag everyone's attention. I am on the spotlight and everything seems so perfect. Then, Eric the school's basketball captain walks up to me he's about to say something......and then I wake up.

"The hell man" I yell to myself. Why can't I have a perfect moment for a second. Oh yeah!!! I did.

Guess the time. Back to Crest Fall, no shit!. Time for Episode 2 of Hazel Woods first day at Crest Fall. I hurriedly brush my teeth, take a shower and get dressed in a blue jumpsuit with matching belt and black flats and find my way to Crest Fall High School ready to face another challenge.

Suprisingly, I get to school before the bell signifying Lessons begin rings...so I'm early.I check my timetable and I have Biology Class first. So I try to locate the laboratory and i don't know where it is so i gotta ask someone.

"Uhmm..excuse me, Do you know where the Biology lab is?" I ask a redhead girl besides me

"Go to the top floor and move left...straight to the left, you'll see a door inscripted Biology lab on it" she says

"Thanks. My name's Hazel"

"I'm Olivia Santiago" she smiles

When I get to the lab, I see Kim and besides her is an empty chair, so I hurriedly scamper to take the seat.

"Hi Kimmie"

"Hey Hazel! How are you?"

"I'm alright, skipped a lot of drama this morning"

"You mean Ivy" she chuckles

I am about to reply before the Biology teacher walks in.

"Today's topicbis going to be IMMUNITY" I scribble the topic on my notebook

You know the stuff about antigens and your immune system and some other stuff.

"Have you seen Ivy?" I ask Kimberly

"Ivy is over there" she points at the back row and turn to face a pair of emerald eyes with nothing but evil glowing in them.

"Hazel Woods, Can you explain what you know about the word IMMUNITY? Mr Donald asks me out loud.

Of course, I know the definition I stand up to answer but seeing the number of students in the lab, fear grips me and I unintentionally mute myself.

"Miss Woods"

"Excuse me Sir, Hazel Woods obviously doesn't know what it means she's dumb" I hear Ivy voice out from the back and my vision becomes blurry due to the tears in my eyes. I grab my bag and books and flee from class.
