'Hiraishin' X Trick Tower

After Amon managed to snatch the ball with his Nen condition, he'd asked Netero for the Hunter licence. Too bad he didn't get it. Netero said the bet was only for Gon and Killua.

The Nen condition that he added was simple. He had named it 'Snatcher', he couldn't think of a good name, so he decided to just go with what it does. Snatcher could only be used with 1 set of portal. When ever it was summoned, it would use Nen strands/tentacles to quickly wrap around the object. The condition he set was that it could only be used on still objects (not necessarily perfectly still). It was more of an ambush skill. The Nen strand were thin and fast and could only be seen with Gyo or En. To combat against that, Amon would only use it against people's blind spots, and as most people only had an of En of less than 1 metre. So if someone who had En on at all times, noticed the attack at 1 metre away. It would be too late.

He had tried 'Snatcher' on a railing attached to the walls. The whole railing was ripped out. It was pretty powerful alright.

Why didn't he just create a stupid strong ability like I can only use this ability once in my life time against Hisoka. That would just kill him. But it didn't work like that, at least that was what Amon thought. Nen was connected directly to emotion and your understanding of Nen.

For example, if Nen took money as payments. A homeless person in need of money who used $100 to use an ability would have devastating effects, but if a millionaire used $100 to use the same ability, the results would be pathetic. Of course it was much more than that, the person needed to have an understanding of the ability, a motivation, emotion etc. [A/N: This is Mc's understanding of Nen, so that if there is something that I missed, I can easily just add it]

With that being said, Amon had ended up adding to his 'Snatcher' ability. It wasn't really adding, it was really similar to Minato's Hiraishin or Flying Thunder God. With the Nen strands from 'Snatcher' he could use it to imprint a small Nen imprint. It lasts permanently and only Amon can remove it. Of course an accomplished Nen exorcist could also remove it.

After the Nen imprint was planted, Amon would summon the 'Hirashin' portal or gate, step through it and reach the imprint. He predicted he probably couldn't use it for battles, as he wasn't proficient in it, but it was a good method of transport and retreating trump card. If he ever got caught in a difficult battle, he could use the imprint to do a tactical retreat.

And when he got proficient in it, then he could use it like Minato did.

Top of Trick Tower

Amon and his friends were currently listening to Secretary Beans explaining the current phase. After he told them that their goal was to reach the base of the tower, everyone decided to disperse. Amon was deciding whether or not he should just teleport to the bottom. The tower was around 200-400 m tall. Even though his En was only 150m in spherical form. He could shape his En to be different. Like how Pitou's was in the shape of Nen tendrils, he could also do the same to reach a much longer distance and summon portal's further.

As he kept contemplating, he didn't notice the tile under him, was shaking slightly. After a few seconds, just as he was about to step away. It flipped, sending him falling through.

'F*ck' Amon swore when he realised he had ended up inside Trick Tower already. Gon, Killua, Kurapika and Leorio were still outside. He could just teleport there to them, as he had already marked them with 'Hiraishin' but he decided against it. It was time for his own test and he was getting pretty bored. So maybe the Trials would be fun. [A/N: Why did he not notice the shaking, idk ask him]

Inside Trick Tower, a certain CCTV Surveillance Room.

A man with a distinguishable violet mohawk, red eyes and large clear glasses was sitting on a armchair, the man was Lippo, a blacklist hunter and the overseer of Trick Tower. Right now, he looking at the camera footage in front of him. He seemed to be particularly focused on a young boy with deep black hair and piercing blue eyes. He was also holding an phone to his ear.

"Chairman, I've activated the trap, do you really want me to release them?" Lippo asked anxiously. Even though the Chairman had said that the boy was strong enough, he still wasn't sure. After all even if a young child knew Nen, against criminals with Nen, he was f*cked.

"Lippo, I trust his strength, he won't fail. This will all just be a fun game for him." Netero's voice came through the phone.

"Fine, as you say, sir." Lippo answered. He put away his phone and opened the latch to a button. On the button 'Release Nen Criminals' was written. After waiting a few seconds, Lippo pressed the button.

'A maze or a puzzle?' Was what Amon thought as soon as he landed inside the tower. He was in a rectangular dimly lit room. There were 1 door on each wall. The walls were smooth white, modern looking, and pretty hard. They seemed to be Nen-infused. At the center of each room, a small bulb was fixed on the ceiling. A small wrist watch was also placed on a small table in the corner of the room. A timer was displayed. 71:55:10, was the amount of time he had remaining.

If he remembered correctly, Gon and the rest spend quite a lot of time on the top looking for the entry and then more waiting for Tonpa. He wondered who it might be that ends up with them instead of Tonpa.

As he put the Stop-watch on. He started to proceed for one of the doors. He wasn't planning on using En to see what was on the other side. Less fun that away.

As his excitement got higher, he pushed open the door. After he stepped through. And it was... another room with a door to each side. It had the same small bulb, it even had another stop watch on the same table.

As he fulled stepped through the room, the door shut with a bang. He quickly opened it again. It looked to be the same room, until he noticed the stopwatch on the table.

'Moving rooms, they f*cking shift around' Amon thought. He decided that if he couldn't solve this within a day. He was going to use some Nen.

1 Hour later.

Amon was really bored, he was really tempted to use Nen to just get the f*ck out of here. With another *sigh* He headed to the next door after marking the room with his Nen imprint [A/N: No, I don't know why he thinks putting a Nen imprint isn't using Nen]

As he entered the next door. Just as he was about to take another step forward. Knives flew at him. He quickly dodged them, another set came. He quickly found the assailant. He was wearing white army camouflage clothes. With the white wall he was almost, he was almost invisible to any common person. [A/N: issa joke bro]

Of course, was Amon a common person, no! He was a trained assassin. His eyes could pick up the slightest of movements. He was the king of hide and seek.

As Amon moved towards the camo dude. The camo dude realized his camo was useless.

"Dang it!" He screamed as he tried to escape from Amon. Amon just gave a confused face and killed him by stabbing his heart.

Surveillance Room

Lippo was staring wide eyed at the screen.

"The f*ck do you mean he has an invisible hatsu!" He shouted, "He is f*cking wearing camo clothes! That don't even camouflage him!"

Lippo was dumbfounded, he even doubted that this guy was responsible for 17 successful assassinations.

"The next prisoner should prove to be a harder fight," Lippo said reassuringly to himself.
