!!THUD!! BOOM! WOOSH! EEEEEK!!!

Some nearly deafening sounds vibrate and impact Shins ears, causing him to react in pain as his ears start ringing. He got so angry as the thuds were repeated. Shin grew very eager to find out where and what the atrocious fracas was. 

``What the- is anyone there?`` Shin questioned as he rushed around the large fort, unfortunately not receiving a response.

Shin walked and walked, went in every room he could glance upon and checked every brief detail of this mysterious fort till he reached somewhere in the back of the fort.

As he was about to give up he was taken aback as something small but sharp and pointy fell on his head, or perhaps was it thrown?

He loudly whined in pain and fell backwards due to sudden surprise, though it didn't hurt that much. He hit a wall behind him, fell into the wall bringing him to the other side and then bumped himself on something hard, something that felt as if they were the boots of human legs. 

Shin slowly started to turn around immediately only to his surprise, it in fact looked like a human, Shin suddenly felt a wave of fear wash upon his face as shivers found there way down his little body. 

Before he could get himself all the way around to see what was behind him, he could hear a soft voice.

``Hello, I'm Ylwan`` (it is pronounced as Yi l va n) the voice said as it went to stand in front of Shin and crouched down to his level.

``What a cute little creature~`` it said once it was in front of Shin.

Shin looked at it with fear and backed away slowly. He then stopped and barked and howled at it, Out of surprise it slightly hit shin as it fell out of its crouch position causing its knee to hit shins jaw. Shin barked at it as it hurt him slightly but not enough for him to worry about it.

``Hey! watch it!!`` Shin yelled at it with an angry expression.

``All i can hear are barks, one second little pup, then i shall be able to understand you clearly at once!`` It said as it waved its dainty hands over Shin's small head and spoke some unknown words, then some waves of light casted upon him and then.. 

``speak again, little pup, or bark i suppose`` it requested.

Shin scoffed and glared, it seemed like a total waste of time and would definitely make the both of them look like fools, it wasn't like anyone was watching then... right?

``Erm.. Shut the fuck up..`` Shin blurted out not knowing what he could possible say, though his fear started to wash away slowly.

``Ah, great I hear some actual words, but why such hurtful words, little pup? Anyways what's your name? I'm guessing you are the famous Yu Shin, am I right?, also sorry for hitting your jaw`` It said.

``How do you know my name? I don't recall ever seeing you before, madame.`` Shin said with confusion. 

She crouched down again and picked him up, holding him to her level. She faced the door and with a wave of hand the door opened before them. She walked inside and with another wave of hand the door closed. 

``For your information, this is my study. I'm a witch to be clear, that's why this place looks so mysterious and filled with books and dust and possibly unusual lighting? Anyways that's exactly how I like it, I do not care about how you think of it. I am well aware that you slept in here too... Not like I'm bothered by it.`` She said as she set him down and headed into her kitchen.

``You talk a lot..`` Shin said in an annoyed tone, he couldn't care less about what she had to say.

``And you talk big for such a small little pup`` She replied as she chuckled. After some time she set a bowl of food in front of him. 

``You're welcome`` she said as she walked away elegantly.

``I didn't even thank you... after all you're a human, right?`` shin muttered under his breath as he started eating, it was indeed tasty.

She stopped in her tracks. ``Me? A human? Oh please do not joke around like that, never again. Who told you all witches were human little pup``

Shin's eyes widened and looked up as he stopped eating for a few seconds, then started eating again. If she's not human, then what is she? Shin thought.

``I am an elf that is a witch, to answer your question`` she replied.

``How'd you know that was my question? I recall saying it in my head, or did i say it out loud?`` Shin asked her confusingly.

She chuckled and went on with where she was going, Shin shrugged it off and finished up his food. He wasn't scared anymore because she wasn't a human but the fact that she was a witch still bothered him.

He whacked the bowl away when he was done eating and looked for the witch. It seemed as if the place just got bigger and bigger as he went further.

``Hey you, looking for me?`` he suddenly heard from behind. 

``Will you stop jump scaring me? Do you want me to die of heart arrest?`` he said angrily. She chuckled lightly and made a small apology. She led him to where she was and invited him inside the room.

``All this looks terribly uninteresting, though it does smell good`` he commented as he sat in the corner of the room watching her cast spells and make potions.

``Uninteresting? My boy, you only say that 'cause you don't understand it`` replied with a serious tone.

Shin scoffed at her and rested on his front paws on a cushion. how come she has so many of these cushions lying around. He closed his eyes and just stayed there, he sighed lots of times and then finally opened his eyes again. He went up to the Witch and tapped her with his paw. 

``I'm bored, why is it so boring in here, I don't wish to lay here and sleep all day y'know`` shin said with boredom written all over his face.

``Is that so? I suppose we can go out then, give me 10 minutes`` She said with a smile.

``Ten minutes?? I'm not waiting for that long..`` Shin yelled back. 

She told him to give her 3 minutes instead as an exception, only because he was a cute pup. She put a scarf on his neck and put extremely hot and cute tiny little shoes on his paws so they wouldn't freeze off in the cold, everyone knew what happened if you didn't protect your feet.. Or paws in the cold of Vlenroiyla.

She picked him up again after she got herself ready for the cold and with another wave of hand the door opened again, she walked through and told him to hold on tight. 

``Will you stop just randomly taking me like that?? At least ask me if you can!`` Shin yelled in annoyance.

``I will if you address me by my name, if you have forgotten my name is Ylwan`` she said in that soft voice.

Shin scoffed at her and then sighed. Right then he realized that they were not on the ground anymore, she was flying with him. ``Took you long enough to realize, Yu`` he heard in his head. 

``Oh great, first you eavesdrop on my thoughts and now you're communicating with me in my head... Fine I'll try to use your name`` Shin told her angrily, then again in a nicer tone. 

``You are one weird pup... Not like I don't know what you really are..`` She muttered under her breath as she approached the hard ground.
