4 Iron Supplements (Time Skip)
—--------- Four Years Later —---------
"HNNNG!"
Kasumi is currently in a park near her house, trying to lift a boulder about the same size as her.
It's been about four years since her quirk awakened. Her parents have really stepped up their purchases of ingots. She has around 250 copper ingots, 170 bronze ingots, 32 silver ingots, and 5 full sized gold ingots.
The metal that was at her fingers is now fully covering her hand. It seems to her that the more ingots she owns, the more her affinity with her quirk increases.
Recently, she's been able to completely cover her hand in the energy and shoot it forward about five feet. It gives her about ten times her normal strength, allowing her to punch holes in stone and wood. She's been taking her friends with her to the park recently to play and train. She's been letting them grab onto her hand and tries lifting it up with them attached. She's able to pick all of them up, and wants to try all three at once, but yet again she can't seem to get all three together.

"Higher, higher!"
Uraraka shouts out.
"L-l-lower!"
Deku cries.
"Oh gosh!"
Tsu croaks.

Today, however, she's alone. She's decided to try moving some of the boulders in the park. She's trying to lift a rock that's about the same size as her. She manages to sink her fingers under it but lifting it is a different beast. She shifts it slightly, but fully lifting it is just barely out of reach right now. She puts it down and sits down on top of it, checking her watch.
Her parents bought her a miniature version of the quirk evaluating device. It's not as accurate as the one doctors have, but it's small enough to fit in her wrist like a watch, and shows what her level approximately is.

It's gone up quite a bit, enough for her to be as strong as a pro hero.
She stands up, and feels herself start losing consciousness.
"Woah, alright I'll sit back down."
She plops herself back down on the rock and takes out a pill. She pops it in her mouth and waits for about ten minutes before standing back up.
She took an iron pill. Apparently, her quirk uses the iron in her body to activate it. Her body also changed itself to be able to store much greater amounts of iron than normal, leading to her hands and feet being changed in color and hardness. The quirk researcher surmises that as her quirk gets more powerful, her hands and feet will change to be even harder, and the color may spread to her whole body eventually. Of course, that last part was just conjecture.
The iron issue is definitely present though. Any time she uses her powers, her hands lose their metallic color and go back to normal skin color. She also gets light headed and sometimes loses consciousness after using her powers for an extended period of time.
She walks back to her spot from before and looks at her hands. Seeing that they're back to being fully copper colored, she reaches her hand out, shooting copper energy out, and grabs the rock once again.
This time, she manages to lift the rock up a few feet, almost tipping it over before it crashes back down and her mystic hands disappear. This time, she doesn't have time to get back to her sitting position and instead falls on her butt.
"Haha, at least my quirk doesn't physically hurt me when I abuse it. Poor U-chan (Ooo-chan) throws up when she does it. Tsu-chan can't really abuse hers because she's just part frog, and Deku doesn't have a quirk. I wonder what happens to Baka-go when he abuses his quirk?"
After talking to herself for a while, she takes a pill again and stands back up. She reaches her hand out, shooting the copper energy out. The energy slams into the stone with a cracking noise as its fingers dig into the rock and take hold like a bowling ball. She moves her hands up and slowly but surely, her mystic hands pull the rock from its earthy bed and lift it about two feet off the ground.
Kasumi jumps up and punches in the air, ripping the fingers from the rock, landing with a thud, and shoots the hand up into the air. As the hand shoots forward, it releases a blast of energy out, forming a misty copper half circle before fizzling out. Her body goes limp as she lands back on the ground, and she faceplants into the grass, snoring loudly with a big goofy smile on her face.
Tonight, she would be in trouble for coming home far too late and she would be grounded from watching All Might and Water Hose compilations on YouTube.
She continues this training for many years, before she reaches a breakthrough.

"Hup!"
*CRACK!*
Kasumi shoots out energy from her hands, slamming it into the side of a gigantic boulder. It leaves a deep hole in the rock and several cracks coming from the epicenter. This boulder has several holes and cracks all throughout it, making it look like several small bugs burrowing into dirt. Trypophobic people beware! (Author here: I am Trypophobic. I should beware.)
The holes went from being small fist prints to going nearly four feet deep.
Her hands lose the last bit of copper color in them, and she gets lightheaded. She takes a seat in the collapsable chair she brought with her and takes out a small rounded piece of pure iron. Recently, regular iron pills haven't given her enough iron to last during her tests. She's been buying small iron pieces and rounding them with her hands.
As she swallows the piece of iron, she feels… hungry. Incredibly hungry. It feels like her body is trying to eat itself from the inside out. She falls down to her knees as a clanging sound rings from the pouch in her pocket. That sound feels like the same sound as a steak cooking to her. She hurriedly reaches in and pulls the pouch out. She rips it open and pours the iron nuggets into her mouth. She chews them up and they feel and taste like the softest most delicious steak she's ever had. Her teeth easily cut through them, being covered in the same energy her hands are. She swallows the mouthful of iron. It's not enough.
She smells the air and smells that same scent coming from somewhere. It smells much stronger though, like there's a lot of it around. She follows the scent and realizes it's coming from the hole she punched through the boulder before. She takes her phone and shines the light into the hole. As the hole gets deeper, the stone turns from grey to a reddish rust color. The light from the phone hits several small glints, and a huge wafting smell of steaks comes from it into her nose. She takes her hands and covers them in energy. She reaches into the hope and starts yanking away chunks of stone over and over until she gets to the raw iron. She starts ripping into it and eating it, making sickening sounds like a fork on a plate. She grabs and eats it for almost an hour straight.
After the whole boulder is cleaned of iron, she finally feels full. She walks out of the dark newly formed cave and raises her hand to block the sunlight. As she does, she notices the tip of her fingers have changed to a different color… Bronze.
