When Wendy Cassia got home, the kids had already had dinner.
"Mommy, why are you so late today?" Vicki Cassia hugged Wendy's shin as usual.
Gerald Cassia stared at the woman with his big eyes and said unhappily, "Mommy, you come back later and later. It's dangerous for you to come back too late."
"I know. It's an accident today. I won't do it again." After saying that, Wendy Cassia fixed her eyes on the calendar on the wall. She walked forward and looked at the date circled in red pen. "The day after tomorrow is your birthday."
"Yes, it's our birthday. We can eat a lot of delicious food." Vicki said excitedly. She was a typical foodie.
Selina Dolby took off her apron and said, "You're finally back, Wendy. The food will be ready as soon as it's hot. The document is in your room. I'm leaving now."
"Okay. Remember to come to the restaurant the day after tomorrow." Wendy Cassia smiled at her.
