CHAPTER-31 FIRST LOCK

Next morning, classes started at their usual time but one of the noticeable student was missing. Naina who was taking attendance ask "Kai is absent?, Tony do you know why he didn't come today".

Tony reply "teacher, Kai has entered in deep cultivation and have not woken up yet".

Naina was taken aback as Kai has just missed the class yesterday because he was in deep cultivation and woken up late, but now he again entered the deep cultivation. It is important to know that deep cultivation is not something easy to do everyday, even strong at the saint level are unable to attain it at will

Three days later.

After three days of deep cultivation, Kai's body finally have a movement as his eyelashes tremble and he slightly open his eyes.

Because of not having any movement for three days, dust have been settle on his skin and clothes, and his body seems to be tired because of not eating anything for three days.

After he open his eyes he felt a surge of weakness in his whole body which almost make him collapse on his bed, he support his body with much difficulty. He took out a small bottle from his storage type soul tool and drank the liquid in it.

It was a common potion for restoring soul power which he buy from the academy's herb shop. After drinking the potion he felt little better as he get up from his bed and went to clean himself.

After a throughout bath he eat something from cafeteria and went back to his room. Classes were still ongoing so there was no one in the room other than Kai.

He locked the door from inside and took a deep breath as he release his Martial Soul, there is not any difference in his Martial Soul this time.

Than he run his soul art 'Jade Body' and the next second his skin seems to change color as it got jade like luster, it no more seems to be a human skin but a skin of some jade sculpture.

Kai felt the raise in his strength and defense and most importantly in his endurance. This is only first tier of jade body and mainly effect the skin but once he reach higher tier, not only his skin but all of his organ will have strength and characteristics of jade.

'The first soul lock! It's really open, I really reached the first tier of jade body" Kai look at his jade like skin in excitement. It is important to note that soul lock can only open when soul wielder has enough strength and spiritual power to bare with the effect.

Three rings are the leasst requirement for even the most easiest soul art but jade body is different, it is a true top tier soul art and the requirement for opening its first soul lock is much higher than any ordinary soul art.

Kai's father pavan had open his first soul lock at level 35 which was a record in their family but Kai had broken that record, he has just reach level 33 few days ago but have already open the first lock of jade body.

Kai suppress his excitement and get ready for classes, he have already missed classes for last few days, now he need to cover up all the course to not be let behind.

At the time Kai got ready, lunch break was already over and he was only able to attend classes after the lunch. After the classes for the day are over Kai and his friend gather outside the academy.

"So what now, don't tell me your Martial Soul evolve once again" Tony asked.

"Those kind of things doesn't happens everyday" Kai said so but the grin on his face can't be hidden.

Ria say "Well does anyone else remember that we still have a match with Dazzlings", Ria has been training very hard for their for their next battle. In their last battle she was not able to do much, they had mainly relied on Kai and Sera's fusion skill to win the match.

Ria actually has a very great talent but she didn't had enough resources that's why her cultivation is behind Kai and others.

But Ria got lucky because just few days ago Ema took her as her close door disciple. They both have hawk type Martial Soul and are agility system soul masters, Ria definitely can't find anyone better as her master.

"Right I had completely forgotten about that" Sera said, due to Kai's continues deep cultivation their match has been delayed so all of them except for Ria had forgotten about it.

"Now you mention it, did any of you discuss with Dazzlings to when should we have the match" Kai asked.

Other three shook their heads, they didn't even remember let alone discussing. Even Dazzlings once they knew that Kai went in deep cultivation, none of them came to bother Kai's friends.

"Well, since they know that I have finished the deep cultivation they will come to us".
