Golgotha.

Inside a meeting room, three men were sitting facing each other as a report has been presented before them.

One of the men has brown hair with clothes wrapped around his body like mummies. Meanwhile, another was in a blue suit with a red tie. These two were typically high-intelligence zombies.

Meanwhile, the third person was a man in a white robe, his white robe matched well with his snow-white fur skin. The man has a chiselled jaw with white bears running down them.

On his fur skin, one can also see a black line pattern on his skin like that of a tiger, in fact, he is a tiger, but an altered one.

"I got a message that Peter is back," the one that was wrapped in clothes said to the two.

"But this time, he didn't come alone, some group of people came with him and a human was among them," the man continued.

After hearing this, the tiger man and the man in the suit looked at each other.

"He brought a human with him, what about the others that were with him, are they not also humans? " the man in suit asked.

"From the reports here, few of them the majority of them are zombies, while the others though we are not certain, they don't have any sort of human scent on them except from one person," the man explained.

"Majority are zombies right... Maybe this is his brother he has been talking about," the tiger man said.

Hearing this the man in suit had a smile on his face. "If that is so, then they must be strong right?" he inquired.

"What if they are not... Maybe Peter is the strongest among them," the tiger man said in disagreement.

These two men are the leaders or to say the founders of the underworld settlement they call Golgotha for some reason. Since Peter arrived at this place, he didn't hesitate to show his power and has helped the settlement many times to fight against strong threats.

He even makes the most difficult opponent seems weak and because of this, the tiger man and the suit man have attempted to invite him into their settlement to stay forever, however, Peter had made it clear to them that he already has a squad.

Of course, they have asked him about this squad and Peter told them about Nate.

"What are you talking about... If someone like Peter will bow down to something, then that thing has to be worth it. No matter what, we must welcome them with an open hand, as well as the human with them," the suited man said.

Meanwhile, standing on top to watch the view was not enough as Peter led Nate and his horde around the Golgotha settlement. The place was more like a small village with the highest population about a thousand or so.

While walking, Nate and his group has been the centre of attention among the people in the base as they whispered among themselves.

"Is that Peter, who are those people with him and what is a human doing here, is she not afraid..."

Of course, it was impossible for them not to hear all this gossip as their hearing was too sensitive.

"Peter....you seem to have a lot of influence here.." Nate noticed.

"Yeah... He has, and should make use of them before I crush someone," Lyon said angrily.

Peter was not the only reason why the others were looking at them but also because of Lynn.

After getting here, they have not seen someone normal, everyone here seems to have something odd about them.

If they are not zombies, they are beast people with ugly faces and so. Lyon hate the fact that his sister was getting all those gazes from these people.

"Am sorry Lyon but I can't help, this place was created for people like them and we, a human have never been down here and this is the first for them," Peter explained.

"Why are they like this, I mean, I understand about the zombies but what about the beast people, why are they always in their form," Sin asked.

"First thing you have to know is that they are not like this on purpose. I can't give you guys a clear explanation but it has something to do with their evolution, it is some sort of failure. Maybe, when you meet the leaders, they can explain more about this," Peter said.

The group have been walking around for a while now observing their surroundings. First, they noticed that these small settlements were trying so hard to install the former system of the world, it's just that it was coming from a different angle or so.

For example, they are some markets around, some are selling blood, human flesh, beast flesh and many more, while they are using beast crystals to pay or they can use the counterbalance means.

Either way, things were moving smoothly as everyone seems to be happy, at least that's why they thought but Lynn knows better because, with her power, she can sense the sad emotions lingering beside them.

"These people are sad but why?" she eventually spook out her mind since her white hair was changing into black uncontrollably.

This made the others know that she was sensing something.

"I can't tell, maybe the zombie is not sad to be a zombie but what about them, who knows the pain they felt before becoming what they are or even the pain they are going through right now," Peter said and then looked at the small pig boy.

"Rico... Did you feel pain while you were in your form?" Peter asked. He had never thought about this at all.

"Not much... I only felt discomfort with what I was at that moment, I only wished for me to become a human again," Rico, the small kid that attacked Lyon and Sin explained.

Lyon had taken his beast DNA away which is why he was back in his human form, though he had no human scent or something a zombie will find delicious.

"I can tell, it's not a physical pain, it is mental which means they all wish not to be what they are," Lynn said.

On hearing this, all eyes were on Lyon again. "Hey... They will have to pay me for it though, " Lyon said knowing the meaning behind their gaze.

If the people of the settlement want to go back to being human, luckily, lyon can grant them their wish but he was not doing it for free.

"It will be best if we keep this a secret, they must not know that Lyon can turn them back to humans, " Nate warned.

"Wait...what about him... won't they ask him how he became human again?" Sin asked. He was referring to Rico.

"That is not a problem, due to him being in his altered form always, none of them knows what he looked like in real life, even I thought he was an adult," Peter said.

With that being said, Peter was going to lead them to meet the base leader.

However, it was then he saw the leaders themselves approaching them.

"Peter..! This must be your brother, right?" the man in a suit asked as he looked at Nate who obviously looked like Peter in an older version.
