A rift.

Ozzie has no idea how long had spent inside the other world or how long he was going to spend there, but he was certain that he had stayed beyond a week.

However, within just this space of time, Ozzie nearly have dominated the entire planet to himself. He has been going on a rampage killing beasts of different levels but most of them were all demon level.

Eventually, his massacre have gotten to a height whereby the beast have realized just how strong he was and no one among them could dare win a fight against him.

Because of this, his presence alone was now too frightening for the strongest beast levels.

Regardless, every once in a while, one of the demon beasts will still step out to fight him, but the fight will always end quickly after it started.

This was casting more fear into the beasts as they were somehow now respecting him.

Right now, he was casually walking through the hordes of beasts that have gathered. They all have their heads bowing down at him.

This has always been something Ozzie wanted, but not from Beast. He could tell that the feeling of being worshipped was coming back and this means he was getting closer to his goal.

However, the worship from the beast seemed unwilling and therefore he was not getting enough merit points.

Whenever Ozzie thought about this, it will always trigger his rampage mood.

But today, he decided to calm down. He has figured out that the more he tried to force himself on the beasts, the more unwilling they are to serve him which will result in a more low supply of merit points.

Ozzie after seeing the horde before him took a deep breath and then looked at Speed.

The little human to him was not being bothered by the beast thanks to Ozzie's presence.

"Just how long will it take them to open the portal?" he asked with a deep voice.

His voice shook the ground as he speaks. Speed remains silent for a while before replying.

"Just soon... Every soon," he said.

Ozzie clenched his fist and let out a roar.

Afraid that he might go into his rampage mood, the beast surrounding him quickly dispersed and fled the scene.

Just while Ozzie was roaring out his frustration. A dark hole opened up in the sky and shooting down from it was a bright purple light that hit the ground spread.

The clouds around the ring dispersed as the purple energy hit the ground and exploded.

Meanwhile, Ozzie by this time felt this familiar energy and looked at its direction. A grin appeared on his face.

"Finally... My way out of this hell," He said.

Although from where he was, it was quite far from where the portal have just appeared on, he was still confident of crossing such distance in no time.

But before he did that, he needed to do something.

Coming out from the ground was his bone whip. He swung it right in from the beasts that were trying to flee.

He did the same thing to the others that were going in the opposite direction. The beast stopped and looked at him.

Immediately, Ozzie pointed his finger towards the direction of the portal.

"Move!" he shouted with a thunderous voice.

Immediately, the beasts changed their coast and started heading towards the portal.

Not long, Ozzie started to follow them from behind.

---

"A rift? What is that?" Sin asked. The others were still flabbergasted by the sight before them. To say the least, the fight before them was beautiful. The purple colour have filled up the horizon even covering the sunlight.

Leo looked at everyone there.

"A rift is similar to a portal but different... We can just say that it is stronger than a portal," he said.

"A portal is like a door that you can open and close at any time as long as you have the necessary ingredients. However, a rift can be described as a bridge... It takes time to open or should I say build, but once one was open, it can not be closed again through the means it was built," he said.

"So what is the big deal?" Sin asked.

"The big deal is that we have no idea what they are trying to summon... Who even thought them how to open a portal in the first place?" Leo has so many questions running through his mind as they observed the rift.

"If that rift was to be completed... It will form a bond with our planet's core which will now give it an infinite amount of energy that can sustain it forever," Leo explained further.

"What is on the other side?" Mark asked.

"Who cares about what is on the other side, as long as this is the work of the matrix, then it's up to no good. Especially for us," Peter said.

Just then, from the ring that was formed in the sky, a familiar beast was seen falling from the portal.

It was the flying centipede, the first one to fall uncontrollably on the floor shattering into pieces. At least that's what they thought happened to it, soon more and more beasts started to rain down from the ring.

Some were with the energy line that was hitting the ground, while some are just falling off from the ring.

"What are the odds that this has something to do with Ozzie ?" Mark asked.

Leo didn't give an instant answer, instead, he muttered. "I don't know how they did it, but it is the same,"

"Quick... Lyon... You have to do something... You might be the only person capable of holding him back!" Leo soon snapped out of his daze and shouted at Lyon.

Lyon who was also in a daze soon snapped out of it.

"I have been training so hard as if I knew a circumstance like this might fall out," lyon cracked his neck and fingers before shooting out from the boat.

At that moment, just like they all anticipated, a large figure soon was seen falling from the portal and landing on the ground with a loud bang.

It was so hard that Leo suspected that the Earth might have shifted from its orbit.

Meanwhile, they soon clashed with the wave of water that was sent rippling through the water.

Meanwhile, the five matrix was standing and watching the mighty figure stand before them.

Ozzie first scanned his surroundings before taking a deep breath.

'Yeah... This is earth,' he thought after taking in the fresh air.

However, just before he could totally adjust to the surrounding. A strong force struck him at the chest lifting him from the ground while sending him flying back into the rift.

The moment his body touched the rift, he was shot upward into the portal ring back into the other side.

From the other side, Ozzie's body skids through the floor, knocking down mountains till his body finally to a stop.

It took him some time to recover but after he did, he found himself back at the every place he was running away from.

Looking at his chest, he could see a large fist indent on it.

This event remembered him so much about his last time on earth. Nate's fist has left a large indent on his chest.

The only difference this time was that, back then, it took him a lot of time to recover, but right now, the indent was already healing.

"I am surprised that was not enough to end you," Lyon's voice suddenly sounded above him. He had followed Ozzie back into the portal.

"It's you!" Ozzie shouted in disbelief.

"Yeah... It's me," Lyon replied.
