A quick exit 2.

With the intervention of Kim and his groups of friends, the matrix captives were slowly being taken down.

In fact, they stood no chance. The man power of the matrix has gone down so drastically that at the moment, they could barely find a superhuman among their captives.

This was the main reason why most of the guards and the prisoners were currently equipped with firearms.

But the problem is that it doesn't seem to work on their opponent.

Rake was left to deal with the guards and right now, he have enhanced his body into that of a titan scale boosting his defence power.

With all the bullets heading towards him, he simply just ignored them while focusing on knocking the guards out.

One of the guards have rushed towards him, rather than shooting, he grips tight onto his gun while raising it and swung its head down at Rake.

Rake on the other hand didn't bother to duck and allowed it to hit him on the four head but he felt no pain only a slight touch that shows something just hit him.

He then proceed to grab the man by his face and also lifted him. As the man tried to break free, Rake swung his head down to the ground.

Blood gushed out man's head as a wound have been created.

"Hey... don't kill them, you know that they are being controlled against their will...!!" Kim scolded Rake on seeing how rough he was with the prisoner.

"I can't help it... it's a bit annoying..!!" Rake replied as he grabbed another guard who have decided to attack in close combat and then, kicked the other guard also coming from his back.

He then cuffed the guard's hands with one of his hands and then proceeded with throwing a series of punches at the man's face before dropping him on the ground.

"What are you still doing here? I thought you were planning to head for the commanded section?!" Rake asked.

"Those guys won't let me go in peace," Kim said.

"Then fight... I thought you have a new pet that can protect you?" Rake was confused at Kim's behaviour.

Unlike before, Kim has bonded with a strange creature they meet. When working with the creature, it did give him some boost in strength and it has also helped Kim in many other things.

"I'm sorry... Although I didn't tell you guys this but using the Oni on that ship has drained its power am sure he is still recovering," just as Kim did this, a green-like creature appeared on his shoulder.

The creature was the size of a puppy, but it was not a dog, it has no fur but rather a very dark skin with green circuit lines going around its body like a tattoo. This was the creature Kim have a bond with and its name is Oni.

"You see... It even seems excited to fight...," Rake said pointing at Oni.

Kim could only sigh. Kim was not the type that likes getting into fights. However, for the sake of survival, he has to do so else he will be killed.

Stretching out his hand, he gestured for Oni to jump into his palm and as the creature did so, like a candle wax, its body started to melt.

As it melts, the melting parts were not falling on the floor like any substance will do, rather, its was spreading all around Kim's body enveloping him.

Soon, standing before Rake was Kim, but this time his entire body was now covered by Oni's body giving him the look of a superhero in its suit.

Kim's body was fully covered by Oni's body with its green circuit line still visible, they were even glowing green slightly.

"I know this is what you want?" Kim said looking at Rake, his voice sounded like an artificial intelligence speaking but Rake know it was Kim that was speaking.

"You kinda look cool like this... Am sure Oni can do more than just controlling electronic devices, but it's unfortunate, that...." before Rake could finish what he was saying, he spotted something being targeted at them.

Boom...!

An explosion went off again on the ship causing yet another damage to the ship.

It was a bazooka and it hit Kim enveloping him. However, not long, Rake could see Kim walking out of the explosion unharmed but one thing was different.

The green circuit lines were no longer green, rather were now glowing red, signifying anger.

"Go get out...I will deal with them myself..!" the AI-like voice said to Rake.

Just then, more bazooka missiles were sent towards Kim and it was coming from the other ship.

Kim's hand widened forming a shield. The missile hit his hand, however, rather than exploding, it was as if Kim had sucked the missile into his body before then dashing forward.

He pick up a gun from the ground and the next instant, Oni's body also went and enveloped the gun, giving it the appearance of Kim.

More and more missiles were being shot at him but it was useless as he also started aiming at those with the bazooka. However, shooting out of the gun was a red blast of lasers and it was tearing them apart in one go.

"You guys were the ones that sells them as slaves, I therefore should not show any mercy," Kim thought to himself trying to justify his action.

He was the one that said not to kill but right now he was killing without hesitation. Although he could blame this on Oni who was currently powering him up.

But the truth is that he was fully conscious of what was happening but decided to turn a blind eye to it because he was angry at them.

Meanwhile, Rake was watching as Kim dealt with the problem, but it was then he noticed something in the corner of his eye.

'Ohhh... Really?' Rake thought as he sprinted towards Kai.

"Quick... We have to get out of here..!!" Kai panicked.

Luckily, Tel was later convinced that Kai had nothing to do with Chris's attack and grabbed his arms and that of Cain.

He swapped positions with one of the guards on the other ship.

However, he was soon going to regret this as Cain suddenly grabbed him by the wrist.

"I'm sorry, but we need someone like you with us," Kai said as he brought the matrix ring close to Tel's finger.

Meanwhile, Rake was not able to catch up with Kai before they swapped positions with the guard, Rake then knocked out the guard before starting to seek a way he can get to the other boat.

Seeing this notification, Rake panicked. 'Shit... How could I lose track of time, It's better if I find another strong metal to copy,'

As Rake was having this thought on his mind, Chris along with speed reached the edge.

On the other end, Tel could see what Kai was about to do. He did not know why but he was having a bad feeling about what Kai was doing.

"Ahhhh... Let go of me...!" Tel kicked Kai in the chest before pulling out of Cain's grip.

He quickly turned around not caring who, and swapped positions with them.

Immediately, Chris found himself on the other ship while Tel at the other side.

Tel after using his ability out of haste got up before then looking at Kai and Chris.

"Quick... Duck..!!!" Kai yelled as he duck behind a barrel.

However, before Tel could use his power again on them, a fist came from the side, knocking him out instantly.

Looking at who just did it, they could see Rake with his hammer fist out.
