Chapter 18

Ashley POV

I woke up on a bed. I checked my self and yap, my clothes were changed, l was wearing pink shorts and a long sleeve pink shirt then the whole event that happened came rushing back like a long lost memory.

I set up straight with tears threatening my eyes then l turned around and found 'him' staring at me with crystal pink eyes and l just cried silently

He was just staring at me with a frown

God l was even shaking, l cried for a long time then l finally calmed down, l even had hiccups

Then he stood up and came towards me and l flinched

What is this feeling, l feel like screaming but l can't, my heart is bounding inside my chest as if it will explode, is this what they call fear? I asked my self

He got on to the bed and came closer to my face

And l just looked down with this 'fear' in my system

He slid his warm fingers under my chin and lift my face up and l met his sparkly pink eyes. I saw pure love in his eyes

"My ammolite" he said in a soft deep voice. Deeper than l remember. I just kept quiet

"Tears don't look good on my lovely jewel" he said and l gave a faint smile

"My love?" He said

But still l just kept quiet

"What did he do to you?" He asked

I held my right cheek and a loud sob escaped my lips

"He slapped you, didn't he?" He said and l nodded

"What else?" He said while staring into my soul through my eyes

"He, he did a surgery of removing memory cells from my brain" l said with a shaky voice

"Hmmmmmmh anything else?" He asked

"No, l don't think so" l said

"Did he tell you about me?" He asked

Shit how does this guy know so much. I didn't wanna say anything about that

"Umm well he said you're some businessman l had a fight with or something like that" l said

"Huh…. I see" he said

He got off the bed and picked me up then took me to the bathroom

"Shall l wash your face?"he asked

I shook my head No and he put me down on the closed toilet sit and left

I washed my face and walked back to the bed and found V… ah 'him' sitting there

"Come" he said and l walked towards him

I sat down next to him

"Are you hungry?" He asked

Man l forgot this guy can read me like a book

I nodded

"Ok then" he said and walked out

I just sat there thinking of my life in general then 'he' came in holding a tray with mango juice, vegetable salad with lemon lime sauce and a rose

He gave it to me

"Am l supposed to eat the rose too"l said with a smile and so did he

"Fuck l missed your voice" he said

I giggled a bit and started eating. Man this guy can cook

After l was done, l put the rose on my nose and sniffed

He took the tray back to the kitchen and l got under the covers and closed my eyes ready to sleep when l felt his warm hand around my waist and his other hand over my chest. He was holding me from behind in protective way.

"I love you Ashley, more than l love my self, l love you to the moon and beyond , my precious jewel, my sweet little princess, my cute little kitten" he whispered in my ear in the sexiest deep voice ever

"I'm sorry" l said

"No, l'm sorry l let you go, l let go through all that, l shouldn't have let you go, l….l'm sorry" he said as he tightened his grip

I kept quiet a bit and fell asleep
