WEDNESDAY. 2:09 AM
Jenny screams again but much louder this time.
"Gosh Reyna, can't you see she's scared? Now would you just kill it?" I yell at Reyna.
Reyna flares up in anger as she points at the topic of discussion, "What's wrong with your hands? Can't you do it yourself?"
I roll my eyes, "You're the closest to it, besides it appeared at your camp bed."
"Well I'm not killing it, you're not the boss of me." She folds up her arms with a frown.
The bug suddenly flies to the other side of Reyna's camp bed and Jenny screams one more time as she clings to my arm.
It's fracking midnight with the only source of light being this huge, weird, green glowing plant-like bug. The truth is, I'm afraid to go near it; I've never seen a bug that looks that way and as the size of an adolescent rat.
But I dare not show it.
