"Open the door!" Dan Bao gave his order through the Luna II device. Then, the double gate protecting the people of Azure Wind Gang from outsiders slowly opened.

Although there were no bustling streets and busy curbside like Xicheng Base, the peaceful environment here somehow persuasive to the survivors with no contribution to fighting power.

80 out of 100 of the survivors are younger kids below 10 years old and elders over 60 years old. As for the remaining twenty people, they're all labeled as able workers.

"Is it possible to meet with the boss?" one of the able worker class people approached Dan Bao.

His name is Guo Fu, the younger cousin of Captain Guo. This time, on behalf of his elder cousin, Guo Fu is here to discuss, plan, and provide proper consultation to Zhang Qin Feng if needed.

One of his main tasks here is to apply for unrestricted access between Azure Wind Base and Ironhead Team.

"The boss will summons you when he's ready to meet with the representatives. Please get yourself ready to be called anytime." Dan Bao replied to Guo Fu's question.

"Clap, clap, clap,"

The current resident in Azure Wind Base gave the refugees a warm welcome, starting with a clap. They've then directed their rooms, some sharing, and some for single occupants. A set of two bottles of water, two packets of biscuits, and a can of luncheon meat is distributed to everyone as their arrival's gift.

Of course, each one of them is allowed to collect additional Protein Bar if they're still starving.

Multiple positions are open for employment as well, especially on the Material Printing Station, Fuel and Protein Converter, or the Inner and Outer Landscape Team.

Many of them accepted the possibility of harsh reality when coming over. Especially for the elders with the limited workforce, getting mistreated in exchange for Protein Bar is nothing new for each of them.

But each of them realized the mistake they made in their mind.

Here in Azure Wind Base, food is plenty. If they eat the biscuit slowly, the packet is going to be enough for them for 3 to 4 days. Furthermore, Luncheon Meat, a luxury in the apocalypse, is given to each of them?

Some assumed that Zhang Qin Feng must be crazy, while some take him as a fool. But to the child and women, somebody like Zhang Qin Feng is godsent.

The accommodating process took them two hours to be done.

Dan Bao and Dan Mi agreed with the idea of separating the 20 able workforces into four teams, all to the department mentioned earlier.

The elders weren't neglected either. Some of them picked up jobs like supplies distributors, engineers, book-keeping, and designers.

Guo Fu and the other three representatives were quickly summoned by Zhang Qin Feng after they're all settled.

Meeting Room.

"I hope everyone feels comfortable with our arrangement. If there's anything to be improved, please don't hesitate to speak with my assistant, Dan Mi." Zhang Qin Feng greets everyone present.

"I am Zhang Qin Feng, boss of Azure Wind Gang."

"Guo Fu, the younger cousin of Guo Jing, Ironhead Team," Guo Fu takes the initiative to greets Zhang Qin Feng first.

"Wu Manya, second in command for Wind Wolf Team,"

"Niu Ke, second in command for Single Horn Team,"

"Yu Yang Kai, second in command for Rain Team,"

The other three team's adjutant introduces themselves after Guo Fu's quick run before them.

"Since we already know each other, let's get this meeting on the right track. I believe you've known Dan Mi and our commander, Dan Bao." Zhang Qin Feng clapped his hand together.

With both hands signaling them to be seated, Zhang Qin Feng took the liberty to start their discussion.

"I believe all of you have heard about the Xiyang Team's rejection to join our Azure Wind Gang. I want to know what the four of their teammates think about their decision?" Zhang Qin Feng brought up the most pressing matter on the discussion table.

No matter how many teams are willing to follow him, it only takes one message to make Xichen deploys all his war asset on the Azure Wind Base. And because of this, Xiyang Team is now turning into a time clicking bomb.

"We've suggested that the Azure Wind Gang take this seriously." the four team's representatives voiced their opinion at the same time.

"Oh? What's the reason for this reply?" Zhang Qin Feng grabbed one of his fists hard from the response he's looking forward to.

"Then, please excuse me from the Wind Wolf Team to start first," Wu Manya raised his hand to speak first.

"Our Wind Wolf Team is positioned closest to the drawbridge between West and East Changyang. Based on the supplies route, our Wind Wolf Team should be given priority first, because we'll be taking over the distribution to Single Horn, Rain, and Ironhead."

"But the supplies delivery always gave full priority to Xiyang Team first, because he's Xichen so-called brother in law. Although it's just ammunition and protein bars, I believe the other three teams understand what kind of supplies are left to us."

Wu Manya's reply pointed at the three other teams.

The three representatives were only able to show their sour expression as their reply. In front of Zhang Qin Feng, none of them dare to bring their rowdiness to the table.

"Since they prefer to keep quiet, let I, Wu Manya shared. The ammunition is removed from the mags, some bullets and protein bars is peed on for fun," he added.

"How many times we've seen the wasted pile of protein bars on the ground?" Wu Manya's tone gets higher due to anger.

"During the supply delivery, one of our female members was raped by them too. We found her corpse on the river three days ago." Guo Fu shared the bad news to everyone present in this room.

"Two of our female members were raped too. We've collected their corpses from one of the light poles on the street." Single Horn Team representative also shared the bad news.

"What about you, Yu Yang Kai?" Zhang Qin Feng asked. Only the Rain Team remained quiet in this raping cases.

"Two of my boys fought against their orders last Thursday, and they got stripped buck naked. They did not make it back to our base." Yu Yang Kai replied.

"If that's the case, why not you guys take the opportunity to get rid of them?" Zhang Qin Feng asked.

"I hope it will be that easy too... We still have around 80 people back in Xicheng Base, if we're fighting against Xiyang Team due to small matters like this, our family back in the base are going to be enslaved." Guo Fu answered.

"Then how fast can you guys move all your people here?" Zhang Qin Feng continued. But inside his mind, he's laughing hard from happiness.

80 people per team are equals to 360 in total headcount.

If he includes the total number of soldiers deployed in 11th Zone, that's a total of 440 people.

Along with 530 people in his base now, that's 30 people more to go before he's ready to deploy the APV!

"We'll need 4 days to finish relocating everyone," Guo Fu replied.

"If that's the case, I'm sure our people are more than capable of disturbing them." Zhang Qin Feng laughed. A mischievous plan started to appear inside his head.
