Shit!
Half of the day passed by with silence in the room making Ethan uncomfortable. He has been eyeing his secretary through the glass window he had kept and he was kinda thankful that he put a glass instead of something opaque. He could at least see Jamie who was indeed busy scribbling on the papers and typing them on the computers. Jamie did come out of that small compartment of hers' to submit the paperwork and receive his sigh but she didn't talk to him except the talks of the work. He was disappointed in himself for what he had done, him being the sole reason for the distance between their developing relationship.
