Faye's POV

"And the champion of this competition is—"

Before the final result could be announced, the audience had already erupted into cheers.

"Santan State! Santan State! Santan State!"

"Leander! Leander! Ah!! He's looking over here!"

The audience went crazy.

The host intentionally paused for a few seconds, allowing the audience to fully release their enthusiasm. I also immersed myself in it, raising my hands high, eagerly awaiting the announcement of the winning team by the host.

BOOM! BOOM!

Suddenly, two loud explosions erupted not far away, leaving everyone stunned. Some people's expressions started to change, appearing tense. Some, like me, were clueless about what was happening, feeling confused.

Others shouted that those were fireworks set off at the end of the match. They continued to cheer passionately for the upcoming victors.
