In a dark cold underground base a young pregnant man was being held by a man with a sharp knife on his neck. The young pregnant man used his hands to cover his nine months old pregnant belly. He gritted his teeth and endure the pain in his bulging belly with a pale face he begged them to let him leave. Now his only wish is to protect his cub in his stomach.
He turned his gaze at a crazy looking old man who wore a long pure white coat, he seems like the boss of this group of men who were holding him from escaping. So decided to ask him straight away "Sir, please send me to the nearby hospital.... I think I'm in labour,... please, have mercy... please yo..ou can kill me after my child is born.... old Sir..my child is innocent" the young man asked them in a weak voice, he is already tired from tolerating this great pain in his stomach. He is worried about the child in his stomach.
"Take him to my private lab, we will harvest the result of our success from 20 years ago..." The crazy old man in white coat ignored his plea and said in a loud voice, with a hint of proudness and arrogance in his old voice.
The gangsters surrounded the pregnant man came forward to get a hold of him. The pregnant man struggled, his face was fully covered with tears and there was a small amount of bloody smell lingering in the air, when he was being dragged by these gangster men further inside this creepy underground base.
'Bang'
The door opened, a young man came in fully covered with blood all over his body. His already red colour eyes turn deep red in colour as he saw his beloved wife being held captive by these stinky bastards.
The crazy looking old man looked at the incoming platinum blonde haired man in amusement and said "Finally the hero is here to save the Beauty.... it's still surprising to see that you are still standing straight after dealing with my two hundred men.... my creation is a quite a good one....but unfortunately for you...you can't save him."
"Let him leave, I know that I'm the one you want. I will surrender...now let him and my child go away from here safely" The young man bit tongue to remain sane to control his madness which was on the verge of breaking out.
The pregnant man also looked at the man who came in to save him. He was a little shocked and surprised to see him coming in to save him....why is he here???... doesn't he hate him....He don't know why his eyes glistened from tears when seeing him, specifically him, coming to rescue him.
They had been husband and wife for more than two years. At first Everything was going well for us but I don't know from when they both started drifting away from each other. Quarreling, crying, hurting each other, these were the things they were doing in this past two years of their marriage life. I thought my good friends and family members will save me....but unexpectedly the one who came to save was was one who I least expected and considered as the nightmare of my life in my 21 years of my living in this world. He is covered in blood.
'Is he wounded???'
"Hahaha okay I will let him leave here safely but first you have to kill yourself with this knife" the old man threw the knife on the ground and staring eagerly at the young man with bloodthirsty smile.
While picking up the knife from the ground, he slightly turned his eyes, without being discovered, he looked left and right to determine is there any loophole to escape from here.
"Don't think too smart, do you think am I a fool to give you a knife to kill us and escape from here, moreover....." he paused and looked at his watch and said "you have less than 5 minutes to commit suicide, otherwise....".
"What do you mean by that?!" the young man asked vigilantly with a fiery look in his eyes.
"oh, it's nothing I gave your dear husband my newly developed invention. It has been injected into his blood vessels by my godly hands more than 10 minutes ago....So If you co operate, he will be safe, if not....2 minutes have already passed, he will die in less than 3 minutes. Now the choice is yours."
The young pregnant man's eyes widened, his heart shook from fear, then he looked at his cold-blooded husband with anxiety, Although he loves and hates this man at the same time, he doesn't want see him die because of him, in front of his eyes. Seeing him taking the knife from the ground pointing it towards his heart, his heart hurts from some kind of suffocation.
"Will you really give him the antidote and release him" The young man said in his ice cold low voice.
"ofcourse I will honor my promise, come on, come on hurry up there's really less time for that medicine to take it's effect" his already crazy look grew even more crazier with excitement.
The young man looked at his pregnant husband with a steady look in his, then he started piercing the knife towards his heart inch by inch.
The young pregnant man can't tolerate seeing him getting hurt "Don't... please don't listen to him Takumi, we need you" the young pregnant man shouted. He was none other than Rei Izumi.
Takumi felt happy for his wife's care, it's been more than one year since he last called his name. There are many misunderstanding between the two of us during these past two years. Nevertheless he still loves him, so he can't express his love to him so visibly at this juncture, If something were to happen to me, it make him suffer for the rest of his life. Because of his love...
His face changed from the happy expression to his usual poker faced expression in split seconds then he looked at that crazy old man his mortal enemy approaching him.
"Good, good although I'm a little bit hurt to see my favourite invention to get hurt but still thinking about getting a new high quality experimental subject I'm quite happy~~".
Takumi instantly understood his meaning behind those words his eyes turned to a new higher degree of coldness, with his terrifying red eyes he asked "what do you mean by that....". Giving him a sly smile the crazy old man about to take a step back. "Go to hell" At that moment Takumi took the knife from his chest to attack that crazy old man's heart to make him die with him.
When the knife was about to touch the skin of the old man
'Bang'
"TAKUMI..."
A bullet came out of nowhere and hit Takumi's chest. The knife in his hand fell to the ground, his usually handsome face turned pale, he fell on the ground with his knee and looked at the direction where the bullet came from...
Following Takumi's gaze everyone looked in same direction, they could only see a slight silhouette due to darkness as he came forward his face and figure begin to visible.
'gasp'
Rei's heart shook for a second he looking at the incoming man, he was shocked, he was really shocked. 'How could it be him...Why is he here' Feeling confused and restless he looked at Takumi to see if he could guess anything.
Takumi's usual poker face didn't change much when he saw the man. There was not even a slight fluctuation in his deep cold eyes as if the person who just got shot was not him. He looked at the man like as if he already expected him appearing here.
The man stared at Takumi with a little disappointment when he didn't saw the expected reaction he wished to see in his eyes. The man put away his mocking smile and asked "Did you already guessed that I was the one who was behind this,...you are really smart I wanted to be friends with you but unfortunately we were born enemies in this life."
The man laughed hysterically then he looked at Takumi who was desperately struggling for his life. Eventhough his face turned pale from the blood loss, his inborn elegant look and arrogance in his bone didn't diminish a little in the face of dying.
Rei started at the dying Takumi his chest burns with uncontrollable rage he looked at the man who he had trusted more than his husband and said "You bastard, Aren't you his relative why are you doing this?? What did he do so wrong you have join others kill your own kin".
The man turned his attention from Takumi to Rei and said "Wrong, I did wrong, don't make me laugh. Moreover you aren't qualified to know these things when you are one who helped me achieve this, my today's grand victory.... Hahaha".
