Finally

[Emerfolk | GodSlayer&Nova]

[Temporal Tear Cut.]

[GodSlayer] watched diligently silently invoking [Eternal Vigilance]. He was proud to see how far he has come since he started fighting with Nova again. Nova was always a challenge to him. Coming from behind [GodSlayer] only laughed.

"Aegis Guard!" GodSlayer cackled.

Blocking Nova's attack with his shield he took a step back. Then he raised his shield blocking another punch Nova sent his way. [GodSlayer] stopped to gawk at his screen as the numbers started to fill up.

[1. Nova.(2400 points.)]

 [2. Owl.(1989 points.)]

 [3. Palope.(900 points.)]

 [4. Survey.(800 points.)]

 [5. Ouija.(600 points.)]

[6.Niles (100 points.)]

"That fucking brat finally started?" Nova shouted.

"Why are you even so pissed off with a kid?" GodSlayer asked.

"Why do you think?" Nova questioned.

GodSlayer shrugged, not understanding his statement at all. He would ask later if he was ever bothered. For now, he decided to focus on other things. A healer dressed in pink gawked at Nova, annoyed. Her eyes flickered between him and GodSlayer as she huffed angrily.

"Don't you remember your stupid brother joined today," She complained.

"Oh, did he finally get the game downloaded?" GodSlayer questioned.

"Who is your brother?" Nova inquired.

"No one you wouldn't know truthfully," He laughed.

Coming out from a rift a man dressed in black armor appeared. The group looked at him puzzledly. He seemed to stare at them intently. He walked towards them with caution.

[Welcome to the PK project Alex_Striker.]

"I asked for him to join because handling five PK players at once is gonna be too hard for me," GodSlayer laughed.

"GodSlayer? Really?" Alex_Striker giggled.

"The last game he was in he practically broke the last game," Nova shouted.

"I knew he gamed, but I didn't know much otherwise," Alex_Striker answered, confused.

[ GodSlayer and Alex_Striker please come to [Girenia].]

"I will be seeing you later Nova," GodSlayer smiled.

"Whatever man," Nova mumbled.

[Chioton | Niles&Galena ]

It was a small town map. The area was mostly flat and there weren't many buildings except a small market place, two churches and a large square where most people would go to watch the performances. Some of the people who lived here liked to play games and watch the various contests that were held in the streets of the town when they weren't busy tending their farms or doing farm work. There were also the town's children who played in the courtyard, along with adults who wanted to relax and enjoy the town life, which was rare.

Blood dripped down Niles' knife as he stood with Galena near a fence post with one arm wrapped around her waist. He had a smug expression plastered upon his features.

"What?" Galena asked.

"You're the one that told us not to get caught," Niles chuckled. "I'd say that was a success."

She gawked at Niles, unsatisfied. She could feel the warmth radiating from his body. She bit her bottom lip. Her face reddened as she watched his finger tips. The player's body faded, leaving nothing but his scent clinging to his clothes. He smirked at her.

"We are a good team," Galena grinned

"Yeah..." Niles smiled as he kissed her forehead.

Before she knew he was gone as she gazed around trying to find him but he appeared again as he smiled he lifted her by her waist as he spun around. She giggled happily as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Come on! There are always newbies to slay!" Niles snickered.

She followed silently behind Niles as he tiptoed. They saw several players playing an intense match against each other, all three of them with smiles of excitement on their faces. One player had an old looking sword attached to his back. He was wearing a black helmet and his cape was gray. His weapon was long and thin, almost like a lance.

Galena watched the thirsty expression on his face , but she noticed how tense the other players were before they rushed forward. She giggled softly at this.

"This is why we're better than them, right Niles," She spoke sweetly. He looked over his shoulder at her, smiling, but said nothing.

The healer could feel the back of her ears burn as she watched him activate [Blink Strike] watching him disappear and reaper appearing beside him she was impressed at his power the game was more interesting than she thought.

Niles is stopped by an onyx sword interrupting his killing blow. Niles jumped back in shock as the two players ran away in fear from the onyx swords. He glanced at her as she giggled at him.

"Technically I shouldn't be doing this, but player killers piss me off," [Alex-Striker] shouted.

"Shut the hell up!" Niles shouted.

He brandished his knife at Alex. He looked slightly disappointed

"Well, that would be because you're being mean," Alex stated.

"What kind of logic is that? I don't just kill people for fun! I kill people for money!!" Niles yelled.

"Release! Niles, wake up!" Galena shouted.

[Alex_Striker] stood there shocked as he watched Niles dropped the knife he stared at her wide eyed.

"I will take over Darling," She smiled.

"I-I am not fighting a healer!" [Alex_Striker] shouted.

The voice being thrown at him sounded familiar . But he can't seem to recall where he heard it before. Maybe it was just a dream. Maybe. Maybe. But that voice didn't feel like a dream.

"I am not done!" Niles yelled.

Niles seemed irrational as he stared at Galena. He could feel something pulling him into her personals. His mind felt foggy and tired. But why does he have to fight? All he wants to do is rest and sleep his whole head hurts. He feels exhausted and nauseous.

[Release error 404]

"Cast! Crimson Cascade!" Niles howled.

A burst of flames shot from his knife . It was too late though. Before he could even reach Alex, someone appeared in front of him blocking the attacks.

"Niles!" [GodSlayer] Shouted.

Hunched over he watched as the armored player angrily wielded . It glowed brightly as it came closer. Niles stepped back dodging the blow. The force of the impact pushed his entire body backwards and Niles was knocked to the ground. His hands shook violently as the energy from the attack drained away.

Alex was amazed how good a player his brother was as he defended him from Niles ' attack.

"How dare you lay a finger on my little brother. How dare you?!" He growled.

His buster sword gleamed red hot as it descended toward him.

"Niles! You need to awaken!" Galena demanded, trying to get his attention.

"I don't understand what is happening, but I don't wanna be here," [Alex_Striker] noted.

"It's all part of the game!" [GodSlayer] spouted.

[Release Error 404 ]

"The ability must be stuck," Galena whispered.

[Alex_Striker] took his pen and vanished leaving no traces behind. Niles was breathing heavily as he struggled to keep composure . His mind slowly cleared as the world around him went blank once more. As his vision returned he gasped for air, clutching onto Galena for support.

"Is everything alright? Are you okay?" Galena questioned.

"This is the first game I get to bond with my brother and you fuckers have to take your role too seriously!" [GodSlayer] argued.

"Maybe he is just a pussy!" Niles shouted.

[R-Release Error 404]

[GodSlayer] noticed the worry in Galena's face before giving her a glance as Niles stood there angrily looking at him.

[Angelberg Interactive]

Mr. Coen and Aodh sat staring into the large screen'' battles with the others. Mr. Coen was reading a book while Aodh watched. Checking heart rates and quick brain scans from the VR equipment they watched.

"It's been awhile since we've seen this battle. He's getting better and better. I think he might actually be able to win," Mr. Coen mused.

They watched as [GodSlayer] stood there confused by the situation as the two opposing players fought against each other while Niles tried to attack. Mr. Coen noticed how [GodSlayer] began to look less confident about himself which worried him.

'What could possibly make him this unsure?' Mr. Coen thought.

"Alex left right away…have someone check on him," Adodh demanded.

"How long do we effectively put off allowing the release?" Mr. Coen asked.

Adodh paused before he stared at the screen as his eyes narrowed

"A little more time…" he answered.

Studying the LCD screens for Niles medical status, he saw Niles struggling against his opponent. It has been a week that Niles has been fighting alongside the other challengers.

"How many brains had fried before we could produce this project?" The man in white laughed.

Adodh groaned hearing the other operators laugh along. Mr. Coen sighed and placed his hand on Adodh's shoulder. Adodh turned to his boss

"It's okay…just let them as long as they continue their work," Mr. Coen reassured him.
