"You awake." Ling Han said calmly as He looked at Yin Hong, who was slowly waking up. Yin Hong was confused for a moment before quickly remembering what happened.

"you didn't have to give up your virginity for me. Killing me would have been faster and much easier on yourself." Ling Han said calmly

"..." Yin Hong was confused by Ling Han's words. What did he mean by killing him? But she quickly remembered the cloud, looking up, she saw it was already raining in a small corner.

"the ice statues are not destroyed." Yin Hong said as she pointed at the rain

"yeah, let it rain. The only way to kill them is through the Dao of ice. I wasted a lot of time doing some extra stuff." Ling Han said calmly.

Ling Han asked the tracking system to find these ice statues' weaknesses. And their weakness was the Dao of ice, freezing them, was how to beat them.

Beating them, and burning them, wasn't enough. They will just go through the cycle of mist and water to turn back into ice statues.

Ling Han waited until the ice statues had fully formed before rushing over to them. He transformed into a dragon. Ice-covered the I've under his foot and spread out towards the Ice statue.

The ice statue flew into the air to dodge, but the air began to freeze slowly, making its way towards the ice statues from all sides

It didn't take long for the ice statues to freeze mid-air and fall heavily to the ground. Walking over, he slammed the ice with his leg before going on to freeze it again. after which he turned back into a normal form.

"you passed the trial. You have shown great speed in beating the trial and with less people than those who came before you. My inheritance is open for you to gain, but only 2 techniques, and 2 items, can be picked by the both of you." The cold voice sounded as the wall behind them opened, showing a room filled with treasure

"... are you a part of the soul of the person who left this inheritance?" Ling Han asked calmly

"that I am," she replied in her cold tone

"you are not trying to steal someone's body, right?" Ling Han asker with narrowed eyes

"even if I wished, I'm not strong enough. This world used to be our sect... but nothing lasts forever. you are right to be on guard, as we didn't leave behind our inheritance because we felt like it." She said in a low voice

"What happens?" Ling Han asked with a frown

"... a powerful woman one day was suddenly thrown out of the heavenly realm. She was in a state of rage. Luckily most of her strength was sealed. So at the cost of our lives, we were able to seal her away. She walked the path of death," She said in a low voice

"really? where is this woman?" Ling Han asked calmly

"... the person who can gain the top 6 inheritance will be able to enter the pocket space she is sealed in. with all of our 6 inheritance, it will help you open the pocket world. This trial ground is ranked 4th. The weapons you take can't leave this world unless you enter the world to kill her." She said as her voice disappeared

Ling Han thought for a while as he walked to the treasury. Someone from the heavenly realm, if he could kill that person, wouldn't his talent improve?

Ling Han entered the Treasury and went on to pick 4 of the best thing this Treasury had. one of them was a technique ice statue. Allowing one to create them to fight for him.

He also gained one of the treasures needed to enter the pocket space, a shield that made anything that touched it slip.

Yin Hong went on to pick four things, as well before they both set off to look for Elise. They soon arrived outside and sat outside and waited for her.

"about what happened." Yin Hong said a slight blush, but Ling Han just patted her head

"you lost something variable to try and save me. I'm not an ungrateful person. If you need something, ask, and I will see what I can do." Ling Han said with a smile

Yin Hong was slightly disappointed with Ling Han's reply. Deep down, she wished for Ling Han to take her as his woman. But that seemed Ling Han didn't hold the same feeling.

She nodded as she lowered her head slightly. Ling Han seeing this laughed as he patted her head.

"it would be a bad idea for you to follow me. I'm the guy who is planning on going to the heavenly realm to slap the shit out of a few gods. I don't think you will want to anger the heavens." Ling Han said as lightning fell from the sky, hitting the ground next to him

Yin Hong's eyes twitched slightly. What a mad man to even speak out loud about slapping a god. she didn't dare to speak again and sat and waiting.

Within another room of the ice building, Elise was floating in the sky while everything around her slowly froze.

"when a grand Dao is fully mastered, there are levels above it. A level where you forget your understanding and start anew instead of comprehending the Dao of the world. You go on to create your own understanding." a cold icy woman floated before Elise, calmly guiding her.

"those who have reached this level don't just draw power from the world. they no longer need to remain within the world to use the Dao." The cold woman said

"I don't know much about it, but the stronger the Dao. The harder it is to reach this level. I have seen a few who have reached this level with a lesser Dao, and I touched upon this level before my death." She said as Elise's eyes suddenly shot open, everything suddenly began slowing down.

"... your friends are awaiting you. you reached a level which took me almost a million years to reach. " The cold woman said as Elise stood up.

"Thanks for your teaching. I will kill that woman for you. but first, I need to gain all of the inheritance." She said with a smile

The woman nodded slightly as Elise disappeared and appeared outside.

"Ling Han," Elise said happily as she ran into Ling Han's arms. Ling Han caught her,

"It has only been 9 days. What was the true inheritance." Ling Han asked with a smile

"I found out the level above the mastery of the Dao," Elise said seriously as he went on to tell Ling Han everything that happened the last nine days.

Ling Han had a slight frown at this. Wouldn't that mean those gods had the power to use Dao within his farm? But of course, their strength would be much weaker than using Dao within the outside world.

Plus, Ling Han was a god within his farm or even the black tower.

"Let's go to the next trial ground." Ling Han said with a shrug,

"let's enter the black tower for some cultivation," Elise said with a smile, which made Ling Han smile.

He made a clone which left with Yin Hong, leading her off towards the closest trial ground. While he and Elise entered the black tower.

And so, weeks went by with Elise and Ling Han in the black tower. In just seven days, they mastered many lesser Dao along with many Grand Dao.

Elise touched upon Dao of time and comprehended all 4 basic elements. Fire, earth, water, and air to the first level. she also comprehended the Dao of life to the first level

As for Ling Han, he comprehended the first level of the Dao of Destruction. Thanks to the many battles work Shiva. He was able to comprehend one of the strongest Dao to the first level.

He also comprehended the basic 4 elements, but his comprehension of the Dao of fire reaches the second level thanks to his Phoenix bloodline. He even mastered the Dao of ice.

But his greatest improvements came in his techniques. He improve his skill rampage and even found a way to fuse ice and fire Qi together.

Ice Fire, which both burns and freezes at the same time. It spreads like a fire leaving behind a frozen land. Be it water or air. This fire will spread,

with him now able to add so many Qi into his body, he has reached a state where the Qi doesn't leave but stays. Now when he transformed into his half-demon dragon form, it would be like he used rampage.

After passing the test to get his inheritance, they found that he left himself as the inheritance. He was the key to entering the pocket space, so Ling Han took his body.

Taking the time it took to reach that trial ground, it took them about one month.

The next trial ground was ranked 12. To even reach the trial ground, they had to go through a swamp filled with many dangers. almost everything there was poisonous

Upon reaching the trial ground, it turned out to be a trial ground of the Dao of poison. the trial was simple, resist the poison, and create poison

Since Ling Han was pretty much immune to poison, thanks to his immortal martial spirit, which allowed him to heal from poison.

The inheritance he got from this place was a poison that could change, making it almost impossible to find a cure.

The ten trial ground held the Dao blacksmith. It was extremely hot. They had to walk through an active volcano that had stuff like lava sharp. which, of course, Ling Han sent into the black tower

Ling Han went on to learn blacksmith. Learning to refine weapons helped give him ideas on how to improve The Indestructible Heaven Scroll.

Ling Ham took his time here, spending about a month before passing the trial.

The next trial was ranked second. There was nothing blocking them or extreme weather making it hard for them to reach the trail ground. It was a straight path, but as they got closer, their footsteps got heavy as a sharp sword intent could be felt ahead.

The sword's intent got so strong Ling Han had to send Elise and Yin Hong into the black tower. Yin Hong and Elise will power weren't strong enough to face something this powerful.

When Ling Han reached the end, arriving before an average-looking true with a middle-aged man sitting under. Ling Han's eyes shrink when he saw the middle-aged man. He was sword intent which took on humans from.

"you walked through that as if you didn't sense my sword intent." The middle-aged man said as he looked curiously at Ling Han.

"the strongest thing I have is my mind. My body is just playing catch up." Ling Han said with a smile

"... I sense you walk the path of the sword." He asked as he stood up before picking up a trick and throwing it towards Ling Han.

"the sword path is my main path, then lightning, then everything else." Ling Han said as he caught the stick.

"The trial is simple, defeat me using that stick, and only the Dao of the sword. no other Dao, just the stick, The Dao of the sword and techniques you have." He said as he took out a sword.

"with how cook you act, you better put up a good fight. I haven't had one in almost a year now." Ling Han said as sword intent covered his sword, the middle-aged man felt as if the world could be cut with that sword which shocked the middle-aged man slightly

"..." He thought for a moment before he smiled. Ling Han sword intent alone was enough to give him a pass, but how didn't love a good fight?
