A Defense Mechanism
Despite the little-to-no warning, Satoshi already got the gist of what was going on. They only had an hour or so, at least, before the World Eater finally decided to annihilate mankind.
Thinking about it now, Satoshi felt a sense of urgency since everything depended on him and the other Disciples.
However, that thought process was cut off in an instant when Satoshi found himself in the middle of Antarctica. He was expecting to be 'spirited away' to any other part of the world, but somehow, he found himself in the one place he never imagined.
"What's going on?" Satoshi asked himself, looking around. It was only then he realized that he was in front of an opening on the side of a huge iceberg.
