I put down my phone and sigh.

But look where we ended up. In a construction site of nowhere, being surrounded by five drooling men. None of them—self-proclaimed my friends—can stand up to this. On their ass, legs trembling, eyes pissing. I can't really blame them. They'd pass out if not for me standing between them and our hostile. Now all they can do is to look away and close their eyes as if that'd would help them. The pattering and battering of the rain makes this worse. I am going home with my clothes wet.

One of the guy steps up. He has a long blond hair and a face that screams, 'I'm going to touch you.' "Oh, look what we got here. A brave girl who knows nothing what she sees."

I chuckle. "You'd be surprised if my brother arrived."
