Chapter 3: Harley

Where am I? What is this place? How can I go back? I feel so helpless knowing Lesley's not around. But nonetheless, I'm still lucky, Doctor seems nice. I can't imagine myself popping in the middle of a war or something. I have to go back as soon as possible, Magic City is in danger. I wonder how far is the place we were heading, what's it called again?

"Doctor, how far is Eru...di..."

"Eruditio, normally it takes 10days", he answered without letting me guess the place.

"I thought for a second there that you ran out of questions, you seemed to be lost in your thoughts".

"I just... need to go back, as soon as I can", I said.

"Would you mind me asking what happened to you? I mean, it's not everyday that someone would not find their home land in a map you know. And honestly, you don't look like you're from any land I know", finally asking the obvious question I'm anticipating.

"It was when me and my friends at the academy wanted to explore the jungle for a little adventure of our own. And yeah, I guess we've found ourselves an unexpected adventure. We saw and overheard dark wizards wanting to take over pur kingdom. So we planned of telling the headmaster about it, but of course we need a valid proof of it. That is when we began to investigate more. During our investigation, we entered their base to finally get that evidence we needed. But curiosity git the best of me, I found this device that caught my attention. It was glowing, it looks more like a bracelet with buttons, and obviously I pushed one of them then SSWWWWOOOOOOOOSH! I fell from a tree a few steps from your camp, I guess I passed out a moment there, I honestly thought there was someone else with me before I lost my consciousness. And yet, I guess it's just me seeing things after that fall. When I woke up, I saw a smoke, it was from your camp. I tried looking for a sign where I was, but it was no use. I looked into your bag to find something that would help me, I saw a map and I thought the map will give me hope. Sadly, no it didn't. Then you found me, and here we are now", I told Doctor exactly what happened. There's no use in lying when I wanted him to help me.

"Curiosity got the best of you huh?", he said.

"That's all you've got to say?", I protested.

"We'll you shouldn't have done it, it's not necessary you know, specially in times like that!", he scolded me.

"I know, I wish I shouldn't have. But there's no time to regret, I have to go back soon", I said.

"But there's time to learn, you have to discipline yourself. For you, and for people around you, in that case your kingdom", he lectured me.

I know Doctor was right, and so I stayed quiet. It's my fault after all.

"Very well, we've got to get you back. Cheer up little guy", trying to cheer me up.

"Don't calk me little!", I objected him.

And so we continued our way to Eru... Erut... oh never mind! We are heading there anyway. it's going to be quite a journey in this unfamiliar place. Wait for me Demorte and your fellow dark wizards, we will stop you!
