Climax

Two months and 13 days later.

The three months tour would end in the next ten days. They have enjoyed the whole two months to do everything. They ignored the world in the past two months.

They went to San Francisco. This eclectic city has a mystical beauty. Visitors are awed by San Francisco's picture-perfect scenery, from the curves of Lombard Street to the elegant Victorian houses. The city also delights tourists with its walkable (albeit steep) streets, thrilling cable car rides, marvelous bay views, and historic neighborhoods: Chinatown, a bustling area of shops and authentic Chinese restaurants; North Beach (Little Italy); and Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco's most touristy area.

Then Los Angeles.

Los Angeles epitomizes the seductive image of sunny Southern California with its wide, palm-fringed boulevards; exclusive designer boutiques; and see-and-be-seen beaches. This sprawling urban center was founded in 1781 and built up during the film industry boom of the 1920s and 30s. The city is still synonymous with the glamour of Hollywood, the famous neighborhood that is full of iconic sights and tinged with Tinseltown glitz. Hollywood is also a go-to spot for people-watching and celebrity sightings.

Many of Santa Monica's restaurants near the pier and on Ocean Avenue offer fantastic beach views.

And many other places. They went to San Diego, Lake Tahoe, Marin county, Sierra Nevada foothills, Rural Sonoma County, Napa Valley, and Calistoga, Mendocino Coastline, Big Sur and Hearst Castle, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Carmel and finally Anaheim in California.

They enjoyed their times there and hoped that it never ends.

They then went to Miami, Illinois, Texas, Nevada and Washington DC. Due to all of this, they were five days late to reach Gotham.

Karn was really happy and sad at the same time.

They went to the hotel to check in and then washed up, ate their food and slept.

Karn woke up five minutes later. He never slept to begin with.

"Let's start."

Karn activated his Technowore skill. He was gone in a flash like a certain someone.

That night, Gotham was peaceful.

The next day.

Karn woke up and went to bath. Today was going to be a brand new day for them.

Karn took them to a local Eatery. It was good. Just that. They went to the Gotham harbour. Gotham was a dull city. The skies were filled with clouds and the people were in a frenzy. Like they were preparing for a race or something. Everyone was in a rush.

Gotham Harbour was the most silent place in the whole Gotham that day. They toured around the Gotham harbour. They watched as the people do their work. It was nothing special but to them it was exciting. They have been watching and travelling for the past two and a half months. They have seen lots of amazing things. Lots of different cultures and eaten lots of different foods. They needed a much required break. Hence they were in the Gotham. To enjoy the lovely Normie life it offered.

Life was like that. He was thinking of what to do. He was beginning to experience the mental breakdown that both the Fan Lin and Sky faced. He was losing himself in his self guilt, pity and self blame. His denial of those thoughts is accentuating his depression. He was facing a existential crisis. He will either sunk in it and becomes a Villain or get up from it and becomes him again.

He previously thought that Fan Lin and Sky were both withered from the incident of their past lives and that's why they are not a le to get out of it. He now knew it was wrong. He was wrong. He felt the same feeling that they felt.

'What was the point of my existence'

It could be a question or a statement or an answer depending on various situations. It can make others either commit suicide or question their life for their whole life or it can break a person and you have Joker.

He had already faced it once but at that time it was really low. It was not that high as he knew that no one in that world could change that incident. But this time it was something else. This time he was deeply connected to it.

Their faces have started to change colours. Their contours have also changed. They are looking weary and tired. Need to take them to Vishakapatnam soon.

They are becoming weaker. Their skin is also ashen white. They are panting after walking a little. Not suitable to stay here anymore. Already booked the flight. Will leave tonight.

The tree leaves have started withering here. It is Autumn and leaves are falling of the trees. They are filling the land beneath them with dry leaves. The end has to come. Regardless of whether you like it or not.
