3 weeks went by,

Maggie looked at Ming-en who looked totally different from usual. At the day he killed that green snake he look on his eyes were completely lifeless. He was alot better right now but it looked like he was going through some mental torture everyday.

Today Grandpa Zhang came back, but he was not alone, he came back with a beautiful and elegant lady.

Grandpa Zhang smiled at Ming-en an Maggie kindly but when he saw the expression of two he seemed to come with some realization.

Grandpa Zhang hugged Ming-en and comfort him slowly.

"It's fine, it was necessary."

The elegant lady who was maintaining a perfect smile also realised something. She frowned and walked towards Grandpa Zhang's room.

She came back soon and bowed to Ming-en as an apology.

"I am for troubling you and thank you for taking care of my treasure."

"It was my duty." Ming-en replied plainly.

"You seem to be conflicted because of previous incident. Do you wanna know what will happen to the world if you have not stopped that man?" the asked.

"I already know. I just.... Can't take it in." Ming-en said with a bitter face.

"Then do you want to forget about the past?" the lady offered.

"No thanks, I have to remember my sins and repent as well." Ming-en denied her offer immediately.

He knew the lady was the snake queen, the rightful owner of the snake stone. Who was also the one of most powerful beings of world. She had probably lived for more than ten thousands of years and have been protecting the world peace for a long time.

He knew that killing the green snake was a right decision at that moment. But a voice inside him kept saying that he could have used different method instead of killing. The scene of dead snake and countless innocent crying eyes kept hovering around his head.

That day the snake had gone mad. After swallowing Ming-en it was about to sour venom at the direction where Maggie was standing. At that time Ming-en panicked and directly killed the snake.

Although Maggie was shocked she still went to Ming-en who looked completely lifeless. She accompanied Ming-en all day and it did had effect on Ming-en. But he still could not find his right state of mind.

"Then I will grant you two wishes." she pulled out two paper out of thin air and handed it to Ming-en. It was yellow and thick and had folded with some special technology.

"Open it, when you want something, it'll fulfil it immediately. It is not too worthy, but I will always protect the people here too. And will always remember this grace ."

"Thank you." Ming-en accepted the paper slowly. You should be always prepared for worse and accept kindness when given and return it back when time comes.

Ming-en followed those rules. Although he was only 30 years old but grandpa Zhang had taught him everything he could and Ming-en gradually learned it as well.

"remember, there's no right or wrong in this world. We are just doing what we ate supposed to do." Grandpa Zhang placed his hands on Ming-en's head and rubbed it a bit before leaving.

Maggie looked at Ming-en's face and left quietly.

"Brother Da Hyun!" Maggie called out to the man who just entered the building gate.

"Maggie! What's up?" Da Hyun smiled cheerfully as he held his bag, purse and phone.

"You seem really happy today." Maggie said.

"of course it's time to celebrate. A kind person found my luggage and handed it over to lost and found department. I finally got my things back When I least expected them." Da Hyun beamed.

"An unexpected surprise can make a person this happy?" Maggie contemplate.

"Of course!! unexpected surprises or gains, concern and encouragement from loved ones and hobbies can make make people happy."

"Brother Da Hyun, what makes Ming-en happy then?" Maggie enquired curiously.

"Ming-en of course its you." Da Hyun stated. "After you there's his friends and family, his work and then finally travelling."

Maggie was taken aback by Da Hyun's first sentence. But quickly noted down his other words.

"Brother Da Hyun are you free this week?" Maggie asked.

"Yup, are you planning on proposing Ming-en?" Da Hyun asked casually.

Da Hyun didn't think much but it made Maggie a bit shy and mad. Before because of teacher student relationship Ming-en keot distance with her and now because if shocking event they does not look like normal couple at all.

She really felt wronged at the moment.
