Chapter 91 BIRTHDAY PARTY
Uno helped me climb inside his black Audi before he walked around and hopped into the driver’s seat. We both clicked for our seatbelts and he started the engine, roaring off the apartment’s driveway.
Thirty minutes later, we were pulling in front of a huge two-storey house that screamed luxury. The house has a big garden with an enormous swimming pool. Some of the visitors were already enjoying and playing and drinking in the pool.
I thought only few were invited?
“Where are Jeno’s parents?” I asked Uno, my eyes still on the pool.
“They’re always out of the country for business.” Uno answered shortly as we entered the foyer.
The room was dark and it was it was quiet, unlike the view in the pool that was crowded and noisy. We walked into the living room and it was still dark, but I could see shadows of people around us.
“Do I have to scream to let them know I was really surprised?” Uno whispered softly and I playfully pinched him at his side.
