Chapter 12: If you know, you know

"M-ms. Javier!?"

Lex's face was utterly perplexed. What exactly was her Systems professor doing here? And why was she grabbing his hand!? Lex nervously looked at the paper bag he was holding, the condom was almost sticking out, threatening to fall off.

It was a good thing that before it could, Ms. Javier pulled Lex out of the shop.

"M-ms. Javier?", Lex once again called her name, but she did not respond even once. She just continued to drag him by his hand until they reached in front of the Wcronald's that he was at a few hours ago.

Lex tried to pull his hand away, but he could not even budge.

There were 4 basic types of Systems.

The Mage System, Ray and his group were in this category. People who are able to summon the elements with their will, those who can heal even the most fatal of wounds, they were all in this category. There were also rumors that some Mage System Holders can summon the undead, but until now, no one has stepped in to take credit.

The Enhancer System, like the name suggests, enhances the capabilities of the System Holder, be it speed, strength, and all the way to how fast they perceive things. This is perhaps the most common System, but it is far from being weak. The current highest level Enhancer System Holder in the world can topple mountains if he wanted to.

The Evolution System, which allows the Holder to transform or evolve into beings that one could only see in books and movies.

The Unique Systems, these were the Systems that can't be categorized in any of the 3 systems.

Ms. Javier is the Holder of an Evolution System. And as a professor in the academy, she is obviously of a much higher level than Lex.

But that wasn't exactly important right now. What's important is…

'Where exactly is she taking me!? And why is she even here!?'

And without even once responding to Lex, Ms. Javier then opened the door to her car that was parked front of the fastfood restaurant and pushed him on the rear seat.

"H-hey!", Lex complained as he felt his whole body thrown inside the car. But alas, the door was shut.

Ms. Javier then hastily got on the driver's seat and drove away.

"M-ms. Javier?", Lex once again repeated, his confusion growing by the second. But alas, Ms. Javier had still not talked even once.

But finally, after they left the Red Light district, Ms. Javier finally spoke.

"You are a student of the academy", she said in a cold tone, "You should not be seen in the Red Light district, much less soliciting a brothel"

"W-what?"

Lex could not help but gulp nervously, "B-but there are no rules-"

"Even so!", Ms. Javier did not even let Lex reason out as she stepped on the gas even harder.

"A-are you going to report me!?", a million thoughts raced in Lex's mind. Should… Should he jump from the car? Surely with his new-found strength, he will be able to survive?

No, that was stupid. His DEF was still only 1. He would surely die, and even more importantly, it will definitely hurt.

'But...what do I do now!?'

And as if Lex's silent questions were answered, the car abruptly stopped to the side of a dark street.

"Tell me your address", Ms. Javier sighed as she pulled the handbrake, "I... will take you home"

The truth is, Janice was as confused as Lex, maybe even more so.

She really had no idea what she was going to do. When she saw Lex going out of the brothel, her mind just blanked out and rushed towards him.

If anything, she was in more trouble than Lex.

Stalking, and now kidnapping!?

Why did she even do this in the first place!?

Her ears were almost fuming as she thought of the things she has been doing.

'This is wrong', she repeatedly said in her mind.

"M..ms. Javier?"

Seeing Ms. Javier blanked out, Lex could not help but lean over in between the front seat, "You were asking for my address?"

Seeing Lex's face so close to hers, Janice's heart instantly skipped a beat.

And without even saying a word, she stuck out her tongue and kissed Lex on the lips.
