Chapter Sixty-seven

EROS' POV

It's been four days now since Evelyn went missing or rather kidnapped. We have gone through the CCTV footages countless times to figure out the identity of the guy that took Evelyn. We checked Evelyn's room and there were no fingerprints to give the suspects away but something was odd from what we saw in the footages. Since the day that Evelyn was rushed to the hospital we noticed a guy on black pants and black leather jacket with face cap loitering within the hospital premises and the hallways. His movement seemed suspicious and he has exactly the same physique and height as the guy that took Evelyn away so we know he was the one.

He was probably staking out and looking for a chance to strike and he ultimately did it when I let my guard down. It is my fault and I should have known that something of this sort could happen since we have already established the fact that someone was actually behind the last incident that wanted to tear us apart.
