Chapter 8: Inspector

Dexter sighed as he knew the time had come.

"We will need to escort you to the inspector it seems there has been a murder, a brutal one" An Academy Guard said in the academy hallway trying to intimidate as he checked my face for any signs of fear or anxiousness but all that was on the little boy's face was a worried expression.

The Guard there was high Chance that it wasn't Dexter so he lied to him and told him he was the main suspect to test him.

Dexter knew that they wouldn't suspect him too much since he always acted like a slave to nobles.

As he walked into the room the inspector looked at him in shock until he realized that his ability was charm of course as the inspector could only see the downgraded version of it all he saw was that it made people favor him a little more.

"My name is Alex and I know your probably alarmed and questioning why your here, but the guard should have told you that there has been a murder on the school's land so we have to investigate it" The Inspector said before drawling on "The Victims were Pierce, Trevor, and Fen..."

"So you think I did it?" Dexter exclaimed in shock.

"No,no of course not this is simply procedure so were going to have to ask you a few questions" Alex replied plunging the atmosphere of the room into silence.

"Ok" Dexter whispered meekly as if he was intimidated.

"First of all where did you go today"

"I-I I was at my house" Dexter said nervously.

"Are you lying to me" Alex said with a frightful grin.

"I'm sorry, I Live in a tent" Dexter said before bursting out into tears his face turning flushed.

"Get out, Just Get Out, YOUR WASTING MY F*CKING TIME YOU FILTHY PEASANT!" Alex shouted.

Dexter rushed for the door but not before tripping and scuffling his way out leaving the Academy Guard outside of the door confused.
