The wedding

Wow it’s suit me perfectly. Is it because of the wedding that Steve refused to reply to my message.

I dashed into the bathroom and struggled to put on the dress after putting on the dress I walk majestically into my room and everyone fix their eyes on me.

The make-up drew out a chair for me, and I sat.  They started putting make up on my face as I stare at the mirror, I was overwhelmed with joy my happiness knows no bonds. I am over the mood right now, it’s not everyday you marry the one you love. Although I am in my final year in the university I will become a married woman before I finish it’s cool. I whined. they finish dressing me and put the veil in my face.

       Author’s POV

Mrs Ray look at Rachael’s face and smile evilly.

Rachael stand up from the chair and hugged Mrs Ray tightly her eyes widened as Rachael hugged her she didn’t know what was happening.

"I am so happy, thanks mum." She beamed happily. This was the first time Rachael made a good gesture to her but she didn’t care.

"Let’s go we can’t keep the groom waiting." Mrs Ray said walking out of the room as the bodyguards escort Rachael and the makeup artist followed behind them.

Lisa walk to them wearing a floral dress with her hair parked like a pony tail. She eyed Rachael and looks at her from top to bottom.

"Nice." She said, underneath her breath. Rachael walked out of the house and the bodyguards guided her into a car that was decorated with flowers.  While Mrs Ray and Lisa enter her car, they all drive off.

At Steve’s house.

Steve was eating with Mrs Bianca and Lily when his phone buzz he tried to take his phone when Mrs Bianca take it from him.

"No looking at the phone, eat first after you finish eating, you can look at your phone." she stated, and Steve screwed up his face and continued eating.

"So Steve how was the talent show yesterday?" Mrs Bianca ask bluntly.

"It was a dilemma. Just thinking about it makes me feel uneasy." He said.

"What happened?" she ask with her mouth hanging loosely.

"Rachael’s sister Lisa tried to pour her acid." Steve muttered and their jaw dropped.

"What!! That’s total wickedness. " Mrs. Bianca's comments

"How can someone be a meany meany." Lily muttered.

"She is just blinded with jealousy." Steve stated. And they all continue eating.

Rachael arrived at the venue. She stepped out of the car and Mrs Ray held her hand and led her into the wedding hall.

A woman handed Rachael a bouquet of flowers, Rachael took it from her and smiled widely, walking down the aisle with Mrs Ray when she eyed the groom. He was not facing them, so she couldn’t see his face clearly. But she had a gut feeling that it wasn’t Steve, but she wanted to confirm it. As she walked down the aisle, the population was a county population.
