CHAPTER 140 .
It's funny how I quickly made my way out of the club.
Not getting a rejection from Jeff, telling me that he doesn't want my friend would have been nice….. but his total silence made me feel as if I have made a fool out of myself.
Jeff didn't fail to talk to me concerning other things….. but whenever I saw something that has to do with Anna….. he would become immobile.
I have already bought the phone which I plan on using to call the phone number of my brother.
Right now…. I'm currently at home eating my takeout.
The food was so delicious that I had to stop myself from ordering just one plate.
I knew my parents' number off, so I saved their number on my phone….. and I also saved Anna's phone number.
I don't know how and when…… but I'm beginning to like Anna.
I still feel that one of the reasons why Edward had been showering me with lies, is because I had once told him that I'm looking for a friend.
