The next day, White Tiger Mansion was in literal chaos because three maids oddly were murdered by someone without getting noticed. The guard couldn't find anything suspicious in the room and hadn't seen a shady person entering the Mansion Compound.
Like Huo Yuhao anticipated, no one placed suspicion on him and his mother because they would never expect them to do it. What could a weak maid and her six years old son do?
The White Tiger's guard couldn't find the killer and increased the security inside White Tiger Mansion. A few spirit masters with Spirit King Realm dispatched in every corner, patrolling with deep suspicion.
And all those searching lasted for a few days and only led up to nothing. "The killer is among us." The White Guard's captain said to everyone inside the White Tiger Mansion.

First, Spirit Energy is native to Douluo Dalu's universe. It's the most basic "type of energy." anyone could cultivate to get stronger because almost everyone has had it since birth.
However, not everyone can train it because they need to have a cultivable martial soul, and Spirit Power awakened at six when their Spirit Awakening ceremony. And there are some exceptions to the rule, like Bloodline Power and Spiritual Energy.
Huo Yuhao obviously has more powerful Spiritual Energy than most people, but his Spirit Energy balanced that for being awfully weaker.
He was annoyed by this fact and commented, "It has something to do with my spirit eyes' mutation, after all. Unlike other Duke White Tiger's sons, Huo Yuhao's martial soul leaned more to his mother's side."
"Solution." Huo Yuhao muttered while thinking deeply about something. That race part in the status panel caught his attention, but gambling with unknown results isn't his style.
"I don't have much time. I've met the requirements for Purple-Flamed Divine Dragon Legacy, but I might fall into deep slumber like mom. Upgrading my race will enhance my overall arsenal because it covers many things."
He breathed in and said, "Evo, use my Gold Upgrading Ticket on my race."

"This..." Huo Yuhao's mouth twitched. He wanted to throw a fit because his cute look didn't match his overall persona, but he couldn't do anything about it. At least he can use it later to trick some older woman.
He washed his body in the small pond and noticed something growing "down." there. He chuckled in amusement and felt his Haki reach a higher stage too. His Kenbunshoku Haki hasn't attained the future sight, but he could predict movement to get an inferior version.
As for his Bososhoku Haki, Huo Yuhao noticed his hand quickly was coated with a more dense spiritual energy than before and had a deeper black color. He remembered that hardening and imbuement should be invisible to people, but any high-leveled cultivator must have the ability to see Haki.
Also, Huo Yuhao could feel Spirit Energy circulating and refining itself inside his body. The High Human "Adaptable." physique is no joke because it is like a sponge that absorbs water(Spirit Energy) like no tomorrow.
