" Leonard is doing perfectly fine." He answered her daughter.

" That's great! I miss his jokes so much. Say hi as soon as you see him." Samantha smiled when she recalled making jokes with Leonard and giggling each time they saw something funny.

Alexander clenched his jaws when he heard Sam's confession about how he missed his best friend damn much.

There was that familiar feeling in his heart whenever She talked about another man in his presence. The feeling made him want to slit the man's throat.

" Calm down Alexander and get hold of yourself." He scolded himself as his mind wandered all over this unfair world.

" Does this mean Samantha doesn't care about me?" He questioned himself for the hundredth time already.

" Lower your expectations, Alexander. What do you think? That a stranger will walk into your life and stay by your side forever?" 

He closed his eyes slightly as a small sigh escaped his lips.
