"Start the production at the full capacity after we got the confirmation of orders, in the mean time buy as many raw materials as you can. Arrange the robots and machines in an ordinarily manner." Ajay said to the chief engineer sitting beside him in the car.

"Yes sir."

Soon the convoy reached Mansa city. Ajay didn't dawdle around in his office and went straight home.

The next day, Alfred came to Ajay.

"Sir, I have collected all the professors, teachers, scientists and researchers from the Green planet." Alfred said after bowing to Ajay.

"Oh, How many did you find?" Before Ajay asked Alfred to find all the professors, teachers, scientists and researchers on the green planet. Especially Scientists and researchers, Ajay needed them to cover up the discovery of different materials. As for professors and teachers, They will be used in schools and universities.

"Sir, I found 19 teachers, 23 professors specialized in different subjects. As for Researchers, 20 specialize in material science 12 in technical and 4 in living science. I could only find these in East fort town, As for the rest we have to go to the city."

"Hmm, well these are enough for now, but we will need to bring the rest from the city soon. Ok, thank you, Alfred." Ajay was really satisfied with this butler, he made things very easy for him.

"It's my work sir."

"Now how about the robots that I told you to send to city." Ajay asked about his other job.

"Sir, I have sent a convoy of 15 robots, mainly consisting of 5 Servant robots, 3 Soldier robots, 2 low end Engineer robots and 5 Exploration robots. They took 4 SUVs, and rest off road vehicles with them. I gave few extra batteries along with solar power charger to them. They have already left for the city today in the morning."

"Hmm, Good work, If no accident happen, they will come by the day after tomorrow, right?"

"No sir, if no accident happen, they will return by tomorrow."

"Ok, good. We will go to the portal after meeting with military and DRDO representative."

"Yes sir." Alfred slightly bowed and got out of the room.

Afterwards, Ajay followed his daily routine of exercising, eating breakfast with his family after taking a shower, and then went to the office to check that everything was going smoothly.

Two days after returning from Delhi, He welcomed Colonel Abhey and Mr Shrikant as a representative of the Military and DRDO to make a contract.

"Welcome Uncle Abhey and Uncle Shrikant. Please come with me in the conference room."

Ajay brought them to a small conference. Colonel Abhey and Mr Shrikant didn't come alone, they brought a few people with them. All of them settled around the table in the conference room.

"So, Ajay Militiary is ready to buy both Special glass and Super steel alloy at your former said price."

"Same here, DRDO also has requirements for the these materials."

"But there is a condition that military put after thinking it carefully." Colonel Abhey said.

"OK you tell me, If it is agreeable, I will definitely follow it."

"Hmm, As you know that both of these materials are strategical materials, special glass and Super steel alloy are not only lighter than other materials but also stronger, a lot stronger.

This can be used in a lot of places and with this we can even resume a lot of projects that were stopped due to lack of materials. And these are required not only in India but in every country.

So we want to make these materials confidential and you have to sign a confidential and non discloser agreement. With this agreement, in future, if you want to sell these materials to someone, you have to get military permission first."

Ajay started to think about the condition purposed by the military carefully. 'Hmm, there are both advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage is that I cannot sell these materials outside. It reduces a lot of profits and I have to get permission from the military in every transaction.

But the advantage is that I don't have to worry about external pressure or imitation of the materials. As these materials were not very advanced to the Present technological level of Earth, these can be reverse engineered with some difficulty.

If the military is a buyer, it will offset a vibe that we are trustworthy and help improve our company's qualifications. As my company just started, it strongly needs qualification, fame and reputation. For now, there are not many products directly sold to the public but in future, there will be many, and at that time Reputation will be required.

And the biggest advantage is that the military will buy a lot of materials as the military is the biggest buyer of these materials.'

As now that they have come up with a non-disclosure agreement, Ajay knows that in terms of qualifications. They will also help. After all, if they don't have the qualifications, they won't be able to cooperate with them.

The Military gave special attention to this company. First of all, Future Tech. is a fully domestic enterprise without any foreign capital intervention at all. At the same time, it is also a sole proprietorship, which is an unlimited liability company. The most important thing is that their family, Ajay's father, has served in the army, they knew that Ajay will not do anything against the country and can be trusted.

Ajay also knew that once their company started dealing with the military, then it will be more difficult than ordinary companies to become an international giant like those multinational companies in the future.

Ajay actually doesn't mind this. After all, he has fully matured and advanced technology of Green planet and on top of that to help he has an army of robots and AI.

He will not worry about the market in the future. First of all, the domestic market is already very large. , Or it is already the second largest market in the world and will soon surpass the first. As long as it can become a domestic first-class enterprise, it will definitely be first-class even if it does not trade internationally.

Soon Ajay made his decision.

"Ok, I can sign on confidential and non discloser agreement but you have to add one condition."

"Tell me what is it?" Colonel asked immediately.

"I want to make this agreement valid until I find more advanced materials than these. That is If we made new materials far more advanced than these, then Our company can sell these outside without military permission."

"I can't decided on this, Wait a minute, I will ask my superiors about this on phone"

Ajay nodded. Colonel Abhey stood up from his seat and went outside of the conference and called his superiors.

After a few minutes, he came into the conference room.

"Ok, They agreed, that this agreement will be valid till you made new materials."

Ajay nodded, he glanced toward lawyer Harvey standing at the side.

Harvey nodded his head and came near them and started to arrange the contract with them. After some time Harvey made two contracts and gave them to both Colonel Abhey and Mr Shrikant.

They passed the contracts to two people, they brought with them. After checking the contract, they nodded and Colonel Abhey and Mr Shrikant signed the contract and passed it to Ajay.

Ajay looked at the contract and his eyeball almost came out of the eyesocket 'Good lord, the total amount of both military and DRDO reached 1 billion USD which will be almost 70 billion in Indian currency and it is the first deal only.' He quickly signed the contract.
