Pruth's Awakening

"Wait, then does that mean the Earth God had been sleeping all this time?", Shiro asked.

The clown master nodded his head.

"Hmm…"

"And, you cannot use divine energy, is that right?"

The clown master nodded his head yet again to Shiro's question.

Shiro realized that the clown master was indeed saying the truth.

The puppets that he had seen earlier, all of them had traces of mana but there could not be found any traces of divine energy!

The same could be said about the fireflies that covered the roof of the room. They too had mana in them and were working thanks to the mana that the clown master continuously poured into them.

"Alright. Let me try…", Shiro wanted to form a contract with the Earth God and for that, he had to wake up from his slumber.

There was just no other alternative. So he decided to follow what the clown master had said.
