The next day arrived

Silvia and roselina return to the battlefield outside to see if we could collect material from the Hydra's corpse.

Roselina looked at hydra and it looked like a dried out tree.

" Did I really suck this thing dry? "

Mary and her party traveled on the sea until they encounter a powerful storm. She and her party sat in the room under the ceiling lamp that kept swaying around with the motion of the boat.

Elaine sneezed and wrap herself in the blanket.

" We should have travelled the short way around "

" But that would take even longer to get to magadan "

Said Mary.

" Come Ricky.. I though you like thrilling adventurers.. "

Said Jimmy.

" Yeah I did.. And you know.. I heard rumours from the townsfolk saying there's a powerful monster who lurks the waters.. Called a Death Kraken.. It has a jaw big enough to swallow an entire ship whole "

At that moment lightning flash.

" Yeah right that's just a silly rumor "

Jimmy hold his arm and shrugged off Rickey words.

" It such a monster existed, why haven't it showed up yet ? "

Ask Elaine and then in that moment the captain.

" We have bad new.. The kraken has appeared "

Mary suggest , she and her friend ran to the deck and looked up. Tentacle swings around in the around a large 100ft squid looking monster with four eyes.

" You're bad luck you know that "

Shout Rickey to Elaine.

" Let's prepare "

Mary drew her sword.

" Fire "

The captain of the ship shout and all cannons was fired at the kraken. All penetrated it's skin but the wounds regenerate instantly.

" Regeneration ? "

Mary was suprised. The kraken raised its tentacle far in The air and swung it down on the ship.

" Oh no ! "

" Look out !"

" I'm on it! "

Mary jumped into the air and drew her, swing her sword to cut off the tentacle of the kraken but another attacked her simultaneously. Mark defended her self with her sword but it broke.

Mary was suprised as she fall to the ground. Jimmy jumped in the air and caught her before she crash into the boat.

" are you alright ?"

" Yes but my sword broken "

She looked at her sword in disbelief.

" Try this on for size... "

Elaine fired two arrows at two of it's eyes simultaneously. The arrows struck it's eyes and the kraken wail in before It went back underwater.

The ship crew was happy and they all cheered.

" Elaine I didn't know you were this skilled "

Said Mary.

" Yeah me neither "

Replied Rickey.

" You guys, it's still to early to celebrate, It may have descended back under water but my guess it's raring up for it's next attack, don't let your guard down "

Jimmy warned everyone but some didn't take him seriously, not even Rickey.

" Come on, the thing ran away in fear, we won "

" He's right, things aren't over yet "

Mary stood on guard.

" It's coming.

Suddenly the boat started to shake and 8 tentacles came out of the water surrounding the boat in its cage. The kraken raised its tentacle high in the air light pillar surrounding the boat. The tentacles bend to wrap the boat.

" Oh.. No.. What do we do now? "

Shout Elaine.

「Freeze coffin 」

At that moment the air became cold and the tentacles of the kraken startes to freeze and it's entire body freeze afterwards.

The kraken entire body cracked and shattered and nobody had an idea of what happened.Mary looked around confused until she saw a small girl with red eyes wearing a black robe. The little girl disappears back into the deck, remained unnoticed by anyone except for Mary.

" That girl... is she? "

Everyone on the ship shout for joy after surviving the attack of that monster. They gathered together to celebrate a victorious battle.

Rickey and the others return to their cabin.

" What the hell just happened? "

He ask.

" I don't know "

" Well at least our lifes are safe "

Mary sat on her bed in deep thought, wondering about who that little girl was. The red eyes was the part that stood out the most for Mary.

" hey, Mary are your alright? "

Ask Elaine.

" I'm fine, I was just thinking about something...hey "

Mary looked out the window.

" It's getting late, we should probably go to bed "

" Sounds good to me, I'm going to get some shut eye "

Rickey kicked off his shoes and lay in his hand comfortably. Later that night while everyone was sleeping, mary snuck out of bed and decided to visit the underground decks.

She carried a lantern as walk into the basement where the door suddenly closed behind her. The light came on and the little girl was standing right in front of her. Mary was about to scream when the little girl covered her mouth and throw her on the ground then sat on her.

" Who are you and what do you want from me? "

She ask.

" My name is Mary. I just want to talk to you "

" What is there to talk about human ? "

" I just wanted to thank you for helping us earlier "

" Lies, what do you want? "

" From the moment I saw you I had a feeling you were not human but a Vampire ..i just wanted to verify it by myself "

Hearing this the little girl got angry.

" And how do you know about vampires ?"

She ask.

" Because I have a friend who is a vampire who I'm on a journey to searching for "

" And who is this friend? "

" Her name is Roselina Lambrosa De Valentine and she's a True Vampire "

" A True Vampire ? "

Hearing this the little girl back off out of fright.

" That's impossible, the last True Vampire Died 3000 years ago "

She said.

At that moment the girl got up off and Mary sat up.

" Huh..? "

Mary turned her gaze to the little girl who sat on top of a barrel. The little girl had black hair and pale skin.

" What's wrong ? "

Mary ask.

" Tell me.. Why are you searching for your friend ?"

" Huh ?"

Mary was confused by this question.

" Answer "

The little girl shout.

" It's because we made a promise "

" What kind of promise ?"

" That's we'll be close friends forever "

There was a deep silence in the room. Mary looked at the concern face of the little gilr and ask who she was.

" My name is Lelia.. I'm a Noble blood vampire and a kin to Lady Vivian Dela Rosary "

" I see..so why are you here? "

" I'm looking for my master "

Lelia said, mary took a seat beside Lelia.

" You really miss her don't you ? "

" Yes "

" Well that's good "

" Well you have the appearance of a little girl and your act like an adult just a while ago you acted like a little girl "

Hearing this Silvia was suprised.

Mary stood up before Lelia and hold her hand.

" Why don't we work together ?... I'll help you find our master and in turn you help me find my friend , deal ?"

Looking at Mary's smile Lelia looked her hand for a while before responding.

The next day Lelia became the newest member of Mary's party. She decided to stay in the shadows of Mary during the day and come out at night.
