3 Chapter 3

The next day arrives.

I wake up and slowly open my eyes to the beam of sunlight that shines through the window. My nose tingles to the smell of eggs and bacon. So I headed downstairs with my hair dragging on the floor.

"Good morning," Mary greeted me with a smile as she set breakfast on the table, then she gasped and ran over to me. "Roselina you shouldn't be doing that?"

"Hmm?"

I was bewildered as she took me up and put me down on the chair and started brushing my hair.

"Your hair is so beautiful.. You should take better care of it,"she suggested.

I shrugged."It's a pain...I should cut it off."

"No!"

Eh!?

"This hair is a symbol of one's feminine beauty. Your hair is not only pure white but it's silky and pleasing to the touch to be honest ,I'm so jealous of it,"she pouted.

Feminine beauty? Lady, I'm a guy that got reincarnated as a girl.

"You're jealous?"I asked in bewilderment.

"Yes."

Well I guess I don't mind.

"There."

She handed me a piece of looking glass and I took a look at myself. I was in complete awe of myself.

"Beautiful."

I'm at a loss for words.

This is the first time I saw myself and I'm a hottie. Red eyes, pure white skin and I have a small beauty mark under my left eye. Mary finished tying my hair into two twin tails.

"Do you like it?"she wondered.

"Yeah, this can work,"I responded.

"I'm glad you like it. Hmph,your canines are longer than they should be,"she said as she looked at my mouth through the glass.

"It's natural—After all ...I am a vampire,"I responded.

"Oh I see. you're a Vampire ... Eh?.... Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!"she shouted in astonishment.

Damn she's loud.

"You're.. You're.. A vampire ?! You mean you're a blood sucking monster that walks through the night?!"Mary asked in bewilderment.

Sheesh, she seems surprised.

"Why are you surprised? Didn't I tell you?"I queried.

"No but that's impossible. How are you able to walk in the sun?"Mary ask as she was bewildered.

"No clue."

"If so then that means you're a vampire from the legends."

"What Vampire in the legends?"

"I've heard stories about vampires able to walk under the sun.. You must be one of them,"she responded.

I got up.

"Listen there's no need to be scared of me.. I have no interest in drinking blood or anything.. I just want to live a long and quiet life."

I turned and walked away. The goddess told me that this race is hated by humans. I don't care, as long as I can live.Deep inside I'm still a human and I can't forget that.

"Hey... Let's go to the city together,"Mary said. She lent me one of her dresses that seemed to be roomy in the chest air. Looking at her chest I somehow feel defeated.

"Is something the matter?"she queried in bewilderment.

"It's nothing." I responded with a pout.

Where does she find bras for those things?

We headed out on a wagon that was heading to the city. Thanks to accompanying the merchant I was granted easy access.

"So this is the city?"

I looked around in awe as Mary and I walked. It's Ohio in America but it's older and more historical than the future that I come from. In fact, this looks more like a fantasy world compared to my old one.

"Is this your first time in the city?"Mary wondered.

"Yes,"I responded.

"Well we should enjoy it while we can."

Mary grabbed my hand and dragged me around. This is the hand of a woman ? I never hold anyone else beside my mother.

"Where are you taking me?"

"Don't worry it's a surprise,"she responded as she looked at me with a smile.

Roselina and Mary traveled around together. Visiting clothes shops, The zoo that holds animals and the food stalls. For the first time in his life Greg felt happy since his reincarnation But that all changed when Mary took him to the clothes store to buy underwear.

'This is a nightmare,'Roselina thought to herself as she looked around at all the underwears and woman clothes that hangs around on racks and shelves.

"Here."

Mary took up a small bra and panties and showed Roselina.

"Here, put it on."

"No way!"Roselina refused to put on the underwear.

"But you don't wear any underwear, what if you're walking when a strong breeze blows up your skirt showing everyone seeing you naked down there? They'll think you're an Exhibitionist," Mary explained.

Roselina started to imagine it but because she doesn't understand that characteristic of being a woman, she wouldn't feel embarrassed in the slightest.

"There is no use thinking about it, put it on,"Mary ordered.

"What, what are you doing?"

Mark started to strip Roselina down forcefully. Roselina stepped out of the dressing room in black underwear. The woman in the store looked at her with awe.

"Aw, she's adorable."

"I wish I had a daughter as pretty as her."

'This is humiliating,'Roselina thought to herself as she listened to the compliments of the woman in the store. For a guy who got reincarnated as a girl, wearing woman underwear was too much.After the fun she headed to the library to gather information.

After asking the librarian for books about Vampires. I finally found a shelf about them and I took up a book that was titled [ The History Of Vampire and Their Characteristics ]. I pulled up a chair and opened the book to the first page.

Vampires are relatively monsters that feed off the blood of living creatures. Their species can be identified by their fangs and blood red eyes and unrealistic regeneration abilities . Vampires are relatively immortal but not completely immortal. Their weaknesses are : Holy water, garlic, stakes and sunlight. These weaknesses causes any vampire to die instantly if the right amount of force is applied.

"These are all common knowledge,"I stated as I read.

Hmm?

Here's an interesting part.

Vampires are categorized in four categories: Subordinates, Nobles, Royalty or Pure blood and True Vampires.

Subordinates and Nobles are of the lowest ranks. Nobles are vampires created by the royal family. Their powers are considered mild, Subordinates are low rank and consist of relatively weak vampires that served noble blood vampires. subordinates are powerless overall but they make up to forces of the nobles.

Royalty and True Ancestor are of the highest class.There are a few in the world of royalty class. They're extremely powerful and single-handedly destroy a country. They can go for long times without consuming blood and they possess the ability of Mind Control, Bat Transformation and Blood Manipulation.

True Ancestor is the highest ranking. Only 3 were in the entire world and the last one died 3000 years ago.Most things about them are unknown and unrecorded by history but they have the power to create and control royalty and nobles. They are immune to all weakness of vampires and can go for years or decades without consuming blood, they are considered true Immortals.

"Have no weaknesses and are considered Immortals."

'That means.I'm a True Ancestor'
