Chapter 187

"Let's finish this!"

The boy with the daggers dashed at him with full speed, he leapt into the air and used both daggers at the same time.

"Twin Blade Slash!"

"Not happening!"

I used my pinky fingernail and blocked his attack.

"That attack of yours is powerful but it won't work on me!"

I used a bit of my strength to thrust him away and he crashed into the wall.

"Then why don't you play with this?!"

The mage suddenly gathered magic to create a red beam and fired it at me.

I opened my mouth and swallowed her attack. "Delicious," I chortled seductively and licked my lips.

The mage gasped. "She swallowed it? That's impossible!" she said in shock.

"Here, you can have it back!"

I opened my mouth, gathered mana and fired it back at her, she quickly put up a barrier and defended against it but her barrier cracked and she was blasted away.

"Oh, my apologies, I used a bit of my mana in that last attack," I giggled.

" Damn it, I'm not finished with you!"

The boy with the daggers came flying in and kept slashing at me, I kept blocking each of his attacks with my fingernail, chipping it off.

I looked at my fingernails and smiled. "Not bad, For a nail clipper," I said.

Now my finger looks uneven with the others, I'll have to do something about this later.

"A nail clipper ? Is that what I'm amounting to!" He fumed as he glared at me belligerently.

"Haedes!" I called.

My shadow grew and a red wolf jumped out and attacked him. The body used his dagger to push back the paw of the blood thirsty wolf that's on him, growling and salivating.

"Do me a favour and play with him," I said.

Key the big muscular man and his mage sister Remina attacked me at once.

"Let's go brother!"

"Raaaaaaaaah"

Two more wolves came out of my shadow and attacked them both. Pouncing on top of their body and trying to bite their head off.

I folded my arms and smiled at the old geezer standing by. "Why don't you show me what you've got, old man? I know your stronger than them," I said.

"Rejus is the one of my strongest warriors second only to Russian, he won't lose to you," Therosa said as she looked down on me with contempt.

"Bring it on then," I said.

"Regis!"

"Yes lord!"

Regis took out his soul weapon. It was a ball and chain, it looked very powerful, more powerful than what I've seen.

Regis throw it at me

"Here it comes—Huh?"

Suddenly, the ball changed from the size of a football to the size of a wrecking ball. I held out my hand to stop his attack and felt the impact rushing up my arms to my shoulder. So much force was generated, forcing me to get a little bit serious. I grabbed the spiked ball and started to crack it. The old cough up a bit of blood. Soul weapons are connected to a person's soul, if the weapons is damaged then so will a part of the soul.

"Okay that's enough!"

I kicked his soul weapon back at him. It shrunk back down and struck the old man in his stomach, rupturing his organs and pushing him to slam into the wall behind Therosa. I turned to Therosa who still remained nonchalant and there was no change in her expression.

"Why don't you come down here, Therosa," I said.

"Very well," Therosa responded as she got up and walked up to me.

"No my lord!" Key shouted.

We look at each other with eyes filled with malice. The mood was tense and Everyone looked on with great anticipation.

Therosa smiled and reached out her hand. "It's good to see you again Roselina "

"You as well therosa "

We both shook each other's hand which made them all confused.

"600 years have passed and you haven't changed," I snorted.

"I'm surprised you haven't changed Roselina, you still the same childish and immature girl you are."

"How rude!" I pouted.

She laughed.

My wolves got off her subordinates and returned to my shadow.

"Uhm lord, what's going on?" the boy asked in bewilderment.

"Teaching you all a lesson I've told you countless times that Roselina here is the True Vampire, thankfully she saw through my act to teach you a lesson," Therosa said.

"All that is just a test?" Key was surprised.

"She's powerful," said Remina

"Huh, Roselina didn't use even a tenth of her true strength," Therosa explained. If she was serious, you wouldn't last a fraction of a second.

"Seriously."

They were all surprised speechless but I laughed it off.

I turned to Therosa and looked up at her. "I heard about Gustov and the others, how are you feeling?"

She sighed. "I'm doing alright, I've had years to get over it. I see you've made new friends "

Therosa looked at Debra and the twins.

"Yes the twins are modified humans with Silvia's blood flowing through them," I said.

"Modified humans?"

Everyone became angry. Modified humans seem to be disliked for some reason.

"Humans will do anything for power, even turn themselves into hideous creatures," Therosa said. "It's disgusting they way they tear themselves apart."

"I see, well their apart of my family, if you hate them, you have to hate me too" I said.

"Miss Roselina."

The twins were surprised and emotionally moved.

"You still haven't changed Roselina…" Therosa turned to Debra. "And this one, I'm sensing a tremendous amount of magical power."

"This is Debra, She's my new bloodkin," I responded and held Debra's arm. "Debra Necrosis De Valentine."

"A pureblood, I thought you didn't want anyone apart from Kelly and Silvia."

"Well I thought I did, but after seeing Debra here, I knew I had to make her mine," I said as I caress Debra's face ,she blushed and look away from me in shyness.

"I understand, Why don't we go someplace else? We have a lot of catching up to do."

"Sounds good," I said with a smile.

So Therosa and I sat down and we talked about a lot of things. For me, I told her everything from the day I was reawakened up till now.

"So you're still looking for Silvia?" Therosa asked.

"Yeah, she's still out there, waiting for me, I want to find her,".I said

"Unfortunately, I have no clue on her whereabouts."

"It's okay, I know you still have your people to think about, You always put them before you fufufufu."

"Kelly seems to be doing well, the last time I saw her was almost four hundred years ago and now she's a big time Millionaire."

"Yes, I was the most surprised, she keeps buying me things even though their completely useless to me," I giggled again.

"Enough about me, What happened, I thought the oldman was loyal to you?"

"Gustov left to pursue his own ideal after much convincing from Cromwell, They left and took those who agreed with him...Key and the others are some noble blood vampires that were overshadowed by the others."

"I see, you've made wonderful people, I'm glad," I replied and sipped wine.

"Tell me more about the outside world?" Therosa asked.

" The good things I get to go to school and learn amongst the humans, there are many wonderful places, good and people," I responded.

"Sounds enjoyable, Is this the world you fought hard to protect ?" Therosa asked.

"I don't know honestly, The humans have broken the balance of this world by exterminating most of the monsters and sending them into hiding and also fusing with them. The carnage has become wolves and humans have become sheep in a pen, honestly is this the world I fought for."

Looking back at what Efreet said to me, I'm beginning to wonder if I made the right choice 600 years ago. If I didn't defeat Efreet humans would have remained weak and monsters would still exist on the surface world and not be hiding.

Now humans have created technology and broken past their limits while also breaking the balance of power. What should I do? As one of the four lords of this world, what should I do?

Therosa placed her hand on mine which made me snap back to reality.

"There is to need go think. You've done something wonderful," she consoled me.

"Thank you."

Suddenly my phone rings which makes them all stand on guard.

"It's only a smartphone, it's a video call from Kelly."

I answer it.

"Yes Kelly, I'm here with Therosa."

"Yes, see for yourself."

I pointed the camera toward Therosa who was baffled.

"Yes Kelly, I see you haven't changed."

"We're friends Kelly, no need to be so formal."

"Okay."

I hung up the phone.

"Why don't we have dinner?" Therosa suggested.

We return to the castle and have dinner together, a nice plate of steaming hot steak. After eating I called out to Therosa and told her I have something for her.

"What is it?"

I opened my pocket dimensions and took out a bunch of snaked and boxes of cakes.

"These are all treats made by humans."

"Your giving all this to me."

"Yep, what good is food if you don't share it with someone, I'm afraid I have to go back now, I'll come and visit."

"You're leaving so soon."

"Yes, I have important things to do and waiting for important news, you understand don't you?" I asked.

"Okay, I'll see you again Roselina my friend."

And so I left, and returned back home.

Kelly is in the living room, she saw me and turned off the television. "Mistress you've returned," she greeted me.

"Yes!"

"I have a report to make!"

"Is it about Silvia?"

"Uhm, no."

Tch, then it's not news to me.

"Mrs Yuna Newton wishes to see you, she wants you to do a photoshoot for a new line of clothes."

Seriously?! that hellish place?! Honestly, I want to refuse but Kelly seem to be liking the idea of me dressing up cutely, I can see the excitement from the way her heart is racing.

"Fine, I'll do it."

The next day came and my hell began.

"Good, give me a little more sexiness, Yeah bend your knees forward a little, Perfect, Perfect, Magnificent, absolutely magnificent."

Camera and lights keep flashing and shining in my eyes. There are so many photos being taken of me, it's so annoying.

They tried me in all different kinds of outfits.

"Gorgeous, look at that long beautiful hair, she's an angel, Give me a look like you're thinking about something."

And so I did. I was then made to sit down amongst puppy.

"Perfect, Give me those sparkly eyes?'

Let's give it a try….

"No, not like this!"

Everyone was turned off.

"Allow me, Sister, there is a new line of chocolate ice-cream!"

Kelly said.

"Really?"

My eyes sparkle with excitement,

"That's it!!!"

Camera started clicking and flashing, I can't believe Kelly tricked me.

"Now for the big finally, I want you to think of something that make you happy and give me the biggest smile you have,"

Said the camera man.

What makes me happy? There are a lot of exciting things, I want to find Silvia as soon as possible. I want us to travel the world with Kelly and everyone else.I twirled once, smiled and giggled a little. My twin tails turned with as well.

"MAAAARVELLOOOOOUS!!! ABSOLUTELY MARVELLOUS!!!"

The camera clicked endlessly till the cameraman passed out from too much excitement, even some of his crew got a nose bleed and pass out from excitement as well

"So dramatic!"
